i have taken ur postpaid sim with the plan of 99 rs security refundable and in that ur executive told me that u ll get 165 min and 1 gb data and 100 msz free for every one month but when i got bill there is nothing that u told me so i am very upset with ur services and i am unable to contact ur executives plz give me solution of it

Dear sir/Mam,
i would like inform you that i am vadafone usser for last 1 year we got every month 1500 or max 1900 amout but this month we got 3517/- for my post paid bill.while i did not use any other facility with mobile. and i am not satisfy with our mobile bill.i will not pay for this i can pay only my calls amount whatever you got calls from my mobile.

When I requested your Mumbai Center to disconnect my number since I have been transfered they advised me to go to Patiala and get new number.
