POOR GAS SERVICE

Respected sir i m putting my complain forwad to you against Prabhat Gas Agency, B-1 Block, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058.......not delivering gas on time .......and i have no cooking gas for 2 days.........and and when i call to the agency they are not picking my phone calls..............and i m getting gas on black at Rs 70/per kg..............Sir please take my complain......into cosideration..............thank you...

Improper Response, Rude Behaviour, Misguiding

I, Jagdish Chander Sharma, using this Indane Gas connection from last 35 years. My connection was transferred to so many agencies earlier but i did not faced any problem.
This time when i called up customer care for the booking of the gas, it was informed to me that my connection has been transferred from Trimurti Gas to PRABHAT Gas Agency in B-block, Janak Puri-58.
I called up Prabhat gas agency...
