builder closed office and left elsewhere after booking all flats

Dear sir/madam
I had done a booking for an apartment in prabhav builders and developers vasai in july 2015, i would like to raise a complaint against the builder for following reasons -
1. At the time of booking he told that you will get possession of apartment within 24 months from the booking date. However as of current status no any progress see and the builder shut down office and left elsewhere after booking all flats.
This is causing more than 50 buyer lost money and cheated by prabhav builder.
2. At the time of booking he agreed to give allotment letter after payment of 10% so i had done payment amount as 1, 30, 500/- in july 2015.
3. During booking he told that this project vvcmc approved and you will get all documents with the allotment letter.
But this is actually this is totally illigal project there is no any cidco or vvcmc approval no maharera registration. They are totally maked plan to cheat people.
4. After payment once i visited in office to recieve allotment letter i found that office had been closed and all office and builder contact no disconnect i try to find out builder details but know luck.
Finally i raise complaint in tulinj police station nalasopara but still not get any response.
4. Now the same project handle by different builder manoj upadhyaya, pawan tiwari and after 3 year completing builder complete only 2 floor of 4rth flores building. And same project sale by different different developers as below.
Prabhav builder vasai - vikash tripathi nalasopara
Kritika builder vasai - pawan tiwari
Awadh construction - manoj upadhyaya, pawan tiwari.
All three is involved to big fraud from last 3 year.
Manoj upadhyaya is taking care currently this project but they are denied to refund.
Request to you please raise case to all these kalprit to cheat with customers, making illigal project, not followed maharera rules and help to get refund from builder.

Poor Construction with No Basic Amenities Provided

After having Purchased Flat in Prabhavathi Palms Apartment in September 2013, We are still awaiting provision of Basic Amenities like Power, Water, Lift & STP. The Parking also has not been allocated properly.
Builder has provided multiple sharing agreements between Landowner and his company to owners.
The 4th floor constructed is purely illegal and was without the consent of Owners' Association. There is no land share for 4th floor flats.
There is also no compensation provided for the delay that is happening. Currently the CMD of the company is out on bail but still there seems to be no progress regarding the same.
The materials that were promised as part of Construction deed are not provided.
There are many water leakages that are happening with improper work carried out by Plumber.
We request Consumer Complaints cell to look into the matter ASAP and resolve our issues.
We will need refund/return of the amount we paid towards the flat or Get all of the pending works completed and necessary repair work pending.

Three years ago, I booked a flat with them, and paid them 2, 50, 000 with Citi Bank Cheques in three installments. Then they made some changes in their building plans and layout which I did not like, and filled up a form to cancel my booking. After almost a year, they have still not refunded my money.
I have all the documents. I am salaried person, I had to borrow money from my parents, and put my 5 years savings to book the flat. Now I dont have the flat, as well as my money.
Hoping, I will get some results from this forum.

I own a flat in Prabhavathi comforts located in Begur road. It comprises of 140 flats and the project started 3 years ago.I bought the flat this year Feb 2016 and promised that it Wil be hand over in June 2016.No progress in the construction since 2016.He is now saying he does not have money to continue the work though most of the flat owners have released close to 90℅.If we go the builder's office, we are not allowed to go inside to meet...

Hello,
This is regarding a purchase of apartment from a builder(Prabhavathi Builders) in Bangalore. I have purchased a flat on Jan 2014 and as per the agreement the Builder is suppose to give the possession of the flat on March 2016. Builder has already taken the 60% of the Amount . Now the builder has stopped the construction and is not available to meet any of the customers. He has just built one slab for whole of the site and construction is completely stopped now. We are not getting any reply from the builder and the MD of the company is not available for any customers for any sort of discussion.
We tried all possible things to talk to the builder but no result. Kindly advise how can we expedite the process and get possession of the flat. Can the consumer forum help common people resolve such issue. Please help us on this regard.

I came across this complaint, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you. Kindly don't trust or buy from this prabhavathi builder, bangalore. They give false promises and we have to chase them for the works to be done. Once 80% percent money is collected from you, they will be busy with their next project pumping all your money into another project. As a buyer, from the first day we are experiencing problem with their service and after 4 years of construction and possession till now no permanent cauvery water connection is provided, no parking for individual flat owners as agreed in the document. Common area works were incomplete. Not a single buyer from this builder will think about going to them again. Lots of variation in the original approved plan and actual plan.

2 months back I cancelled my booking amount Rs.10, 000/- in Prabhavathi grand view, sarjapur flat no401. Till now my amount was not refunded. The executive Satish whom they we booked flat his mobile is switched off and the manager is not able contact. I don't know how to get my refund amount

Not providing OC, CC and Khata and not completing the work in time

The builders have not yet provided Occupancy Certificate, Conversion and completion certificates, Khata, door numbers (not the flat numbers) and the generator has not been setup. There are pending works like rain water harvesting and solar heaters. If we call the builders, they say that, they cannot give anything and that's all. They had not even provided the EC. I had to pay them 1, 000 rupees to get that. They say it's been 4 years and they will not provide anything. We had to literally run behind them to get the parking allotted. Once the property is sold, they start showing their real colours. They asked me to pay Rs. 7, 000 to get the B-Khata done as I cannot get the A-Khata without the OC and CC, which they are not ready to provide. They are the biggest fraudsters I have ever seen. Government officials are much better than these.

We have booked flat in prabhavathi royal gardenia in mid of 2013..but they told us will be handover flat in 2016..but till now not yet started and bank has released loan..but we have started paying emis .could you gives us suggestion how to resolve the problem..
