I have placed an order for 2 monthly magazines from Pratiyogita darpan and made the payment using UPI. After that I received a message from PayU that my payment was successful. But I didn't received any update or information related to my order from Pratiyogita darpan. It has been 6 days and I didn't receive my order yet. All of their numbers are invalid and they aren't responding to my emails. My order id is PD/189716. I want them to send my order or just give my money back.

I've placed order of 1 year monthly magazine subscription on 5th Feb 2024 and paid the full amount INR. 1350 and today is 22nd feb 2024.

Till today i dint receive the subscription and also no any conformation or communication from seller.
i tried to reach many times via mail and contact but no response from seller and also the contact no details they provided over website are wrong.

i just received payment conformation from payment gateway only.
seller is totally fraud taken money but not giving product and not shred any authentic contact details..

I've placed order of 1 year monthly magazine subscription on 5th Feb 2024 and paid the full amount INR. 1350/- and today is 22nd feb 2024 and till now I'm not able to get any magazine nor they are providing me any kind of details. I've mailed them thousands of times but they don't reply. i am not able to contact the seller because the customer care number they provided in their website in wrong and not connecting.
There is absolutely no way of connect to seller and also seller not responding to any mail and not given any payment or subscription. just got one mail from payment gateway about amount deduction.

It it second time when I pay for full year resistered magazine and there are not received.

After that not deliver
Now pay for 1350/- registered post magazine
But not received

I've ordered the Pratiyogita Darpan Hindi Magzine for 1 year subscription via UPI on 12 June 2023. But till date there is no information neither delivery of order. I've complained to their mail also, but no response.

I placed an order for monthly magazines from Pratiyogita darpan (pdgroup.in) and made a payment using debit card. After that i received a massage from PayU that my pament was successful. But didn't received any update and information related to my order. It has been 9 days and didn't received my order yet. My order number is PD/175339. plz send my order as soon as possible.

I had placed a order on pratiyogita darpan website for monthly magazines from January to July on 26th august 2022. The payment was done via up, and the status showed successful. Then in the evening of 27th when I checked my order status of the magazines, they are saying invalid order plz try again later. The order value is Rs.720. And this is clear-cut case of fraud. And I want My money back

This is to bring to your notice my online order for Pratiyogita Darpan Books through your website. I ordered 5 books in total. They being:-
1)- Pratiyogita Darpan Panorama Year Book 2022 Vol.I (Code 801)

2)- Pratiyogita Darpan English (March, April, May & June) Editions

I paid a sum total of Rs.701 through my debit card on 7th May 2022 after giving my details & the delivery address.
But I am not able to track my order for the same. My transaction ID being 164129.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I have even dropped a mail & a message through the website.

I had even paid the amount and received a transition receipt but did not receive any order number. I have mailed the company but still no reply.

I ordered 1 year subscription for pratyogita darpan English magazine from their website. I even paid 1030rs for that. Payment was successful. Order id was PD144593. But since I haven't received confirmation mail I am bit worried. They are not replying to my query mails also. All their phone numbers are invalid. I am frustrated by their lack of response and their heights of irresponsibility

I have subscribed the monthly magazine pratiyogita darpan in english and my order is pd/ 109513 and order date is 06.09.2019. Sir i haven't received any magazine till date. As per the guidelines it will take 2 week for processing of subscription.
Please let me know if this would be the process then i would like to refund my money or i request you to please solve this at the earliest.

I have oredered 4 magazine i. E. Aug, sept,, oct, nov from pratiyogita darpan website and the order no. Is pd/99129 which was booked on nov 2, 2018 and payment is also successfully. Unfortunately i didn't received the order magazine for more than 3 weeks, no updates n also can't track the items. Very bad services from darpan website. Try to resolve my issues as soon as possible.

I have placed an other with them on 26.7.2016 with order no. PD/41194 but till now i have not received my 1st magazine . I called them as well and they said i will get it by 17-18 aug but it is 28 today and still i have not received the magazine. This is for the purpose of competitive exams and what purpose will it serve if you cant reap the benefits of it in time. I need my money back, they should stop this online service if they cant fulfill the orders.

I have subscribed the monthly magazine pratiyogita darpan in hindi for one year, my order number is PD/19823 and my order date is 21.09.2015. i received the magazine upto for December, 2015 month. since january i am not receiving my magazine,
i have already mailed to the pratiyogita darpan mail. and i phoned also, but no magazine still received by me.
kindly resolve the issue.

I have subscribed the magazine for one year on the month of MAY. Since now i got magazine for the month of June. i didn't get any magazine after that. My Order Number is 44706.
I mailed to [protected]@upkar.in. they replied as:

Dear Valued Customer,

We feel sorry to state that we are unable to give the status of your order due to strike (by labor and clerical staff) at our office. We will be confirming the status of your order as soon as possible but we will have to wait until our employees resume work.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your business.

These gentlemen not replying after this mail. I planning to file a complaint against them.
