Hi, I had paid 10, 500 to Prenu services for the 24 hr baby sitter including Sat - Sun off ... This amount was paid for 1 yr and the baby sitter left in 3 months as per the contract he is supposed to give us a replacement in 48 hours which he failed to give neither did he pay the refund & now he is not answering our calls...

I am member#8661. This agency did not provide me a nanny and did not refund my token money. They said they will send candidates for interview once i pay the token amount. After payment was done, they did not send any candidate for interview. Its been more than 4 months,. They do not pick up calls or reply to email and are not even returning my token money. They are a bunch of frauds running this agency.

This agency provides pathetic service n troubles their clients. Starting will they will take all amount n later the caretakers will not come. I[censored] try to contact them they will not respond. I trusted these people n end up paying lots of money n my peace. The caretakers they provide are very u professional. I end up paying almost double money to caretakers. Horrible experience. After taking money they misbehave their client. They are just looters n uneducated people.
