I have received the mentioned order but which we have seen in the getsby.in portal is not the same because of that i want to refund the same. The contact no mention in your website all are showing invalid also the email id.

I am unable to connect with courier partner of this product

Sir, I booked the Smart Watch DM 360 Bluetooth, Smartwatch with android 6.1, 4G calling & Heart Rate Sensor on dt 28, March 2019 on Rs.1999.This product is very low quality. I'm order for a MI Power Bank but it's duplicate given to me so I want to return it as soon as possible. And they don't give me any kind of Bill's also. I saw a deal on ezeedeals.in which stated buy 1 get 1 mi band 3 so i placed an order. After the delivery i get to know that i am receiving a duplicate band and only 1 fit band. I tried calling on their customer care number but no one answers it. Order no. Ezd[protected]

I ordered mi band 3 from website, but they send the duplicate product and the offer on product is buy one get one mi band 3 but i got the duplicate mi band 3 and only one band. The band is having cheapest quality company shows 7 day replacement but where we complent for return the product, i also called the company customer care but no one is receiving a call and please replace a product or refund my money as early as possible.

I have ordered a watch product from watchler.net order no - 98215 on feb 25 2019. Received it yesterday after many follow ups. After opening the shipment i can see that watch is old one with all scratches on screen, without functioning, no charger available.
Actually the product was mii-3 smart band with one year warranty (Buy 1 get 1 free) model wtch-mii3-combo.

Unable to add photos as the size is more than 2.5mb

I have perches a mobile from gorock.in (Presha trading) on 30th jan'19 model no speria s9 pro notch smart phone & product id : 00217 when i realized that i have ordered a wrong product from some deferent site than & their i tried to make call to their customer care @ [protected] to cancel my order i found that number was switched off. I mailed them at [protected]@gorock.in but i didn't get any response, next day i also tried to reach out then at their customer care but entire day the number was switched off. I have called to paytm as well to seeking help but they were aslo failed to help me.

On 1st feb'19 i got my shipment by dotzot courier awb no[protected].in this consignment i received a chinese mobile instead of speria s9 pro notch smart phone, costing of the chinese mobile would be max 1.5k. I am not getting any return option on the site.

Again i mailed them with this concern but they are least bother to reply a single email.

I need your help otherwise my entire money will be waste.

I have ordered buy 1 and take 1 smart band offer from the company for 1000 ruppes via paytm.

I also suspect the dotzot a dtdc company agents might be stealing the watch and making a new shipment cover and delivered. I also see lots of complaints logged against dotzot company which many users says that its being purpose fully being delayed by agents to deliver the shipment.

We have taken the video of box before opening the shipment for the reference case also.

I ordered a smartwatch on eexata website of the brand zeblade, model: thor s at rupees 2489 cod.
On receiving the watch, it is a completely fake watch with no branding on box or on watch.
Now i have mailed them for refund yesterday and till now no revert received.
The dealer as per the message received is presha trading and the product came somewhere from naraina vihar delhi.
