Dear sir, my name is dr. Dhiraj sasan. I am from chandigarh and driving city honda since five years now. My real brother dr. Arvindpal singh sasan bought a city honda in mid december 2016. The person dealing then was mr sandeep. Mr sandeep assured my brother of buddy loyality points for me as i can avail 5000 points for servicing etc. My brother provided my details like email address, phone number. Mr sandeep didn't ask for any other documents....

On 05/03/2016 i received a conformation call from honda service centre for the parts(front shocker) which i ordered already when my last service was done.after 1 hour i went to service center they refused to change the parts then i told them i received the call from your center. they said meet the deputy manager(Rajnish koshik).manager said sir today we have other costumer who need this parts too come on wednesday today we cant help you....
