I purchased prestige tawa from my market titagarh, kolkata-119 on 8 dec 2015.Only one time making roti from this tawa from prestige induction oven. After that this tawa is not hearing in same induction oven. Above tawa working in another induction oven like Bajaj. Please check and solution above problem.

Dear Sir,
I purchased a prestige tawaa from Bhiwadi only before 3 months for making chapatis but It is defective only in 3 months. The base inductive plate is going separated from tawaa. I was purchased for induction cook top but this is not working. I spent 620 rs. for this product.
please do some needful for this because I want to replace this.
