A company named Prime Solution offered me a online form filling job. They gave me a offer of fill 700 forms in 6 days for which 25 RS per
page will be payable. The work was very high and because of my illness when i told them they asked for a penalty of 4000 and also threatened me to take legal action as well as court fees of Rs 25000 if not paid. They also digitally signed a agreement via my mobile otp but never send me the agreement letter. As i have already agreed, i searched online and found out that many people have complained about the company being fraud. Thus, i request you to please help me and save me from further frauds that might occur.

You are informed that you have demonstrated gross irregularities in data entry work with Prime Work Solution due to which your account has been blocked by computerized application.
Our company ensures that there is no inconvenience to the clients, but due to the relaxed mindset, the company is also forced to bear the financial loss along with the clients.

When assigning the work to you, it was informed as per rules that the data of 700 pages has to be completed in 6 days, for which 25 RS per page will be payable.
Meanwhile, Our company gives the facility to the client that they can resign from the job at any time in the event of non completion of the
work by paying a penalty of RS 4000, so that they can get the amount of work done.The entire amount is deducted by 1000 RS out of 4000 RS taken as penalty in addition with the work done so far.
In case of non-payment of penalty, the company is sending you a legal notice as per rules.
According to which you will be responsible for any further situation and this situation will be resolved by the court itself.
According to the rules, after legal notice, you have to pay a penalty of 25000 RS to the company by the court.
It is a soft copy and a hard copy submitted by the company's legal team to the court is being sent to your home address soon.
The company fully accepts the court's decision.

I, priya chatterjee again complaining about this prime solutions online form filling job because they again threatening me through phone call by different number (Name-anshuman shukla) and messaging me for demanding money from me and case file against me if i don't give money to them then they take strict action against me on court. Already i was complaint about this company on 21/9/2019 at grahak suraksha sewa and my complaint no was gss[protected]. But now they are again threatening me and my husband by phone again and again. I recived a call from a lady name arohi shinde and told me to work in her company prime solutions and it is absolutely free of registration and the salary will be 20000 and the service charges which is 5200will be deducted from the salary and told me when recive the audio verification call answer every question with yes only then i received the audio verification call and they told me if i fail in accuracy or submitting i have to pay 5000 i submitted with accuracy but they told i am failed in accuracy and i have to pay penalty but arohi shinde told me that they want assure that i am sincere to my work or not so she told me not worry. Today i recive a call and some lady told me that the police will come to my house and i have to go to maharashtra for the court case and demanding a penalty of rs100000 to 150000 iam worried so much please any one help me with the problem

I, adv. Anirudh krishnan, on behalf of my client, prime solutions, do hereby send you this afore said email in order to intimate you as here under that:

You decided to engage in the work of data entry operation with my client and as a part of the mandatory process, you signed an express agreement agreeing to the terms and conditions stipulated therein.

You received practical demo of the work that you are supposed to provide to my client. You also received a user id and password which was sent to you by my client on your registered email id. You agreed to follow all the process both orally as well as in written with my client. Owing to the said express agreement made by you, you are liable to pay up utility and maintenance charges to my client. Once the said payment is made, you shall receive an noc certificate within 45 minutes of the payment to my client.

As per sec.14 of the arbitration and conciliation act and also the indian contract act, you are bound by the terms of agreement and thereby liable to pay the mandatory charges at the earliest.

Ipc section

Section-406-punishment for criminal breach of trust. — whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
Section-406- break the trust of contract..
The above section are implement on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..

I have applied for part time home based job and i got a call on 28th sep they said we have online data entry job without investment and they said within 10 days u hv to complete 1000 forms and for that they will pay 20000 for me and i accepted and also they asked for voter id for proof which i have sent them & they asked me to register on their website and i have registered after that they gave me login i'd and password i have started working but all the forms were same and i have been trying to get in touch with customer care executive bt it was switched off, anyway i completed 1000 forms in 9 days and submitted and mailed them as there is no other mode of communication is available and after 10 days they are asking me to pay maintenance and utility charges for this company and i have not completed my work within time so we have registered case against u for not completing ur work so u hv to pay in court i'm very much afraid of this calls and emails, They also sent me an Notice on 9th october for this but phone number still not working, now today they called me and said they will send notice to my home by tomorrow but after that they are(advocate is what they refer themselves) not picking my call Please help me

They are saying that agreement is legal but their all actions are totally fake and illegal . They made pdf file of
So called agreement with used and edited stamp paper. There are lot of mistakes done by them ..like there is no date of agreement on that paper and even did not mention the full adress .
There is no any certifying authority involved in the whole process of signing the agreement digitally .And I never created a digital signature, never use cryptography and never ever logged in to any certifying authority website or app for digital signature.
I never sent any digitally signed document to them and also know that digital signature is not done by mobile otp as they are claiming .
I also know that the company is not registered at MCA and they do not have corporate identity number(CIN) or(LLPIN) because i have checked it on MCA website., even they do not have a official website .

Sir a lady call me for home base typing work and she tell me no any charges for join us and we provide you typing data 1000 sheets online on my id sir she says send me your is and pan card no. Then she provide to me a user id and password by mail she send me a online agreement and sat to me please sign agreement but i do not sign and after this she call me and confirm my name and address and suddenly cut the call. And after 10 day someone call and say you are not done our work and your id is bolock for unblock the id please pay 3000 and when i can, t do this.. Is 0203/2013 and he say if you want to solve this matter please pay to our account 12000 rupees and he say if you don't pay i have file a case against you and after this your paying amount is 250000 rupess for breaching agreement.. Sir this is rashmi. I am also a victim of the prime solutions company. 10 days ago they called me and got registered for the work and gave 1000 forms and said my that they will pay 20000 salary and they will deduct 5200 as registration fees. I had done the work and submitted also but they said that the work is failed and asked me to 7200. I also paid the amount and asked them after this there will be no more payments.. He said yes.. Again now they are asking me to pay 23500 for leaving the work... Sir they didn't mention this in their bond or in call.. Sir they are saying they will file case against me. Prime solution (I found the same case in internet as unix enterprise) company is asking for money illegally. They send me a fraud agreement. "uk 5115" and "3101048" can be seen in many fraud cases in the internet by just typing the number. Please find out this company and let them know the power of "aam janta".

On 5 oct 2019 i received a call from number[protected]. He told me that his company has part time job and ask for any id proof on whatsapp.. I send that.. After he send an email to me having a url and says you should enter the otp on the box after open that url. I did..
After that they immediately sent an e mail of an agreement on a stamp paper having threating terms and condition which is not discussed me earlier.. It was mentioned that i have digitally signed the agreement. But it was totally unknown to me.in the agreement they did not provide full address of company not provide the email id and even official email id has not been provided. Agreement paper is also photoshopped or edited version of old agreement and stamp paper serial number is available on internet having different agreement with same company name.. I understand they are fake.. So complaining here knowing the fact that they will call me for threat and indirectly extortion of money. They are totally fake.. Company have so many reports and complaints for same cases.. They even do not have official email id website or full address. They are not registered and only can make people fool.
I will file a complain in cyber cell against them if they call to threaten me..

The complaint is about the "prime solutions" aurangabad 431003. They had asked me to do an assignment of completing 1000 forms in 10 days online and had some rules and such, which are as in the pictures attached. Then after completing the assignment they asked me to wait for qc, after that the next day one person calls me saying he is a advocate of the company (By this number: [protected], [protected], [protected]) they he started threatening me that he would file a case if i dont pay rs 5, 200 to the account number :[protected] ifsc code: punb0310100. I thought of getting rid of him and paid it. But after that he is again threatening me for rs.12, 000 as saying that its the cancellation of the agreement. Where i have not physically signed or through digi locker. Now i received an sms which is also attached in picture below where he have threatened me to file a section 420 case. Please help me out of this.

A person called me up regarding online data entry work and i agreed to it. But the formalities told by that person were totally different from the agreement i got from the company. And after that i was provided with the username and password needed to work online without any assistance as i was totally new to this kind of work and yes! The helpline numbers are not working and the customer support e-mail that has been provided are not giving any favourable response. Before starting the work i was told that my working days will start from the day i want to, but they themselves decided my working day starting. And now random people from this fraud company are calling me and threatening me that your working has been started and if you will not submit the work on time we will take legal action against you. 1. I received the agreement from prime solution by 14th sep 2019
2. One lady called me to download the agreement, i downloaded
3. And she told verification call will come, you dont say no, just say yes for everything,
4. I received the call & replied her, & with the small double i verified the agreement in consumer forum, agreement is fake
Immediately i confirmed with my friend & i verified through google & got many review that this company is fake.
5. Immediately i called the lady she never picked & she switched off, help line they never picked, according to the agreement, the office shoul open by 9 to 6pm
Immediately i mailed to stop my job the to all the mail id's i received for agreement & also to the personal mail of that lady ahora shide.

6. Monday i received user name & password
And i got call from a lady, i said i am not interested and asked to stop the work,
7. From that day i did't receive any calls, today i got a mail to proceed with extension ot they will take action.
I replied each and every mail.

First ask the company to give proper website address & ask them to show the registration certificate
And from 14th sep 2019 why they have not called me, i received a sngle call that too i asked them politely to reject the job
For the past 10 days i didnt receive any call, but before 14th they called me many times.

I asked them to give explanation through mail for not picking the call, but instead giving me solution, they are dealing with court.

If i had started the work & not doing, i accept it is my fault
I rejected with in 2 hours of agreement & befor receiving the user name & password.

Prime solutions online fraud company make new method first they make account and registre the person then they run whole game starting from making calls upto fearing of legal action and sending documents on emails of confirmation, audio and letter of acceptance with fake stamp paper. Please help me to get out of this scam and do not apply to these types of jobs

A company named prime solutions has given me from filling part time job and they asked me to fill 1000 forms in 10 days and after submitting the 1000 forms they told the forms are incorrect so you need to pay 5200 rs as maintenance within 15 minutes and they are harassing me for the amount by continuous emails, text messages and calls.

I spent 8 hrs per day to fill the forms please help me to get the amount from them and please ask them not to harass me for the maintanance amount.

They are mainly targeting the students with fake agreements and fake documents and they are planning to ripe the amount from our end. They have taken license scan copy as well

Their advocate is calling and blackmailing me telling that they will legally proceed if we don't pay the amount back to them.

Kindly take any action so that other students should not face any issues and please make them to pay the amount for the work what i have done

Hi, I applied for a job from home like data entry in job sites..I got a job from prime solutions but when I checked in Google then I found their is no name and this types of companies so I decided not to do d job and I told them that to do cancel the whole process.
They told me that ok they will but then they send me I'd and password but I don't know what to do..after some days I forgot about that because of some other collage works .but today I got a msg and also a call that they r putting case in court and also send some mails

Their an advocate (Mr Aditya Mane ) told me to send utility/maintenance charges + legal notice charges of Rs: 5200 + 3000 & also send a mail on 10 -September- 2019 that" (PRIME SOLUTION company) has submitted your file in our Advocate Associate firm to start the legal procedure under Indian Contract Act 1872.
As per my client you have violated the terms & condition of the agreement. Your notice has been issued under sections 73 & 74. Kindly submit your final statement in our Advocate Associate firm or clear the outstanding dues to resolve this issue.
Reply back to us within 4 days."

Although, I have not signed an agreement & not started work.

They told me to call to the mobiles which are Mob:[protected] & [protected] to avoid legal proceedings.
Under such circumstances, I am very much depressed & tensed and seeking your advice in this matter.
