i purchased yonex badminton racket from printbooth.in site having invoice no-(PB 10837)..
But they sent me a racket broken into two pieces,also i haven't open the packing,but it was clearly visible from outside...
On contacting them,they don't reply at all...
Kindly help me to get refund/replacement of the same
I contacted them for the same.Firstly they don't reply.And after 2-3 mails they told me...

i ordered a watch on[protected]. after passing 22 days order is not shipped and customer care also not responding, they never pickup phone not responding mails. also its a loss of money and time leads to mental harassment.please do needful. thank you.

I have ordered a product from printbooth.in.In the website they show that the product is available.But after deducting money they don't deliver product saying that product is not available in stock .They also don't refund the money or inform customer about delay
After many mails and calls the agreed to pay the money back ,but still didn't refund the money.
The customer care service is very bad...
