I ordered a redmi note 5 pro back cover on 24th may 2018. I also paid the money through net banking. Bt in the payment confirmation page it showed that the mode of payment is paytm and after that till now i.e 9.6.18 i am unable to cintact them and the civer is also not delivered to me. They also dobt have any cintact no or anything by which i can contact them. Now when i am trying to access their website it shows that it is under maintenance.

Its now 10 days since i have ordered a product from their website but till today I haven’t received any kind of information regarding my order and even after so many enquirey mails have been delivered by my side still they haven’t replied and this is really very disappointing fact that still there is no action taken from government regarding these online robbery which is now growing day by day. I will request all to spread this message about this fraud company so that we can save others from this ### company.
