I ordered some printouts from printerplug but they havnt delivered yet and mail pe ldai krta h inka customer care ek ton proper resolution ni dia abi tk.. Trackon jaise ghatia courirs s packet bheja jo ek no k badtamiz log h na to calls pick krte h na hi packaet abi tk pahuchaya ulta use delivered mark krdia... And printer plung is blaiming me for incomplete address as i mentioned a correct addres on website atleast call krna tha courir arha h to apne man se hi wrong address and apne man se delivered.. What the # hell. And now they are asking for refund 10 din barbad krdie mere pehle boldete to mai kahin or se krwa leti.. As i told them that it is very urgent then also they are asking me for 7-8 more days or refund... Pathetic customer service and they are very rude too

orders not delivered from 22 days
Dear team,
Printer plug happens to be a company which prints documents like pdf or any such document which is required to be printed. I uploaded a pdf on this website to be printed. The website clearly stated that the service is prepaid and no cash on delivery option is available. For this reason i ordered using my debit card. Printer plug on their website assured that every order is delivered within 7 days latest. I ordered on the 15th december 2018. I still haven't received my order. The owner mr. Vivek did not reply to my email. The customer service in printer plug is basically non existent. My order number is 12111 and user name is archana thombre. I paid rs.338 for the service. Mr vivek's email is [protected]@printerplug.com. Please look into this matter. Thank you. The url is www.printerplug.com.I want a refund or the delivery.
