Regarding Final Payment of debentures on maturity
It is to inform you that i had purchased two thousand(2000) debentures amounting rupees two lacs of Prism Industrial Complex Limited, FF-2, 1st Floor Urvashi Complex, Gandhi Nagar, Sigra varanasi-221010, U.P.
Registered Folio No- AM-406
Debentures Cert No.- PICL- MA0000405 Through your agent Rajkumar Shukla 65/33 Motimohal, Kanpur Contact No- [protected]/[protected] in name of suresh prasad shukla along with joint holder wife smt. archana shukla 119/36 Naseemabad Gumti No.5 kanpur, U.P. for a period of 36 months.date of allotment of debentures was 28/2/2013 and redemption date was 29/2/2016 a rate of interest 9.60% per month.
After maturity of debentures i submitted my certificate for final payment to my agent shri rajkumar shukla after completing all formalities which are required to complete before taking final payment along with a cancellation cheque bearing A/C No. of Allahabad Bank Gumti No.5 Kanpur in which purchaser of debentures received interest amounting rupees 2200 per month till the date of maturity.
May Kindly informed me under what circumstance you are not releasing my payment which has already been delayed more than three months from your level.further it is to inform you your agent is not giving me proper information as when asked from my level i have been fed up therefore i have written you letter to know the real status of payment.

This company hasn't provided any Maturity amount to us. We have invested around 14 Lacs in this company.
The company have to provide maturity amount with interest in June-2017.
Recently we have sent notice to the company at registered office but it came back to us as company left from that office.
I request govt. and SEBI to help us.

I also purchases some units of this company from my agent but he said company's director run away and we register case ... Please help us .
