My name is Sameer and i am working with many Data entry companies. I Agree that there are many fraud companies in this field but after working with
Prism InfoTech and some other companies i got trust and faith that companies actually pay if you have achieved your target and accuracy level
as per the terms of the company.
Initially i was also influenced by such negative comments but then i realized that these comments are from those people who don't work or want money
for their garbage work submitted having zero accuracy. They just spread rumors that company is fraud so that they can steal money from the company.

There is a negative comment about every other big companies like Samsung, LG, Wipro, TCS, TATA etc. but it doesn't affect their dignity.
These negative people don't read the terms of the product or service to use and just post negative comments as they don't have any work to do.
So guys don't be influenced by such comments of negative people.

Thanks for taking my complaint.Now I hope that I may get justice by taking action against such type of Companies who swallow other's efforts and money at free of cost.Please convey your action by mail to me.

I am from Mumbai and i had taken the work from PRISM INFOTECH. from their Mumbai Branch. The company gave me the payment for my efforts but the qc report was delayed by almost 7 days and no one was responding my calls.
However i got the qc report and payment at last. Whoever registers please ready to have patience.

absolutely right Suhani...Prism Infotech is a fraud company. They are only interested in your deposit money. They have fake form filing work and also have defect in their work website. They have always disqualified your QC report by space errors and didn't return your deposit money.

Don't go for it...NEVER...EVER...

It is a fraud company. They have disqualified QC report by space error and didn't return your deposit money. Plz don't go for this company. They are only interested in invested money.

i would like to add something here is PRISM INFOTECH Gujarat based company that provides home based jobs they provide work from home projects...with terms and conditions as follows:
we need to pay Rs. 3500 and then they provide us the jobwork we have to fill 2000 forms and submit it within 15 days. We are allowed to make 200 mistakes in one project. If you make more than 200 mistakes your deposit is not returned and plus the amount you have earned for the correct forms is not paid...well this is part of their agreement which sounds legal...but there are many hidden scams which i wish to bring to everyone's notice.
1. They shut their website and when we complain them of this issue they ask us to download a software by which they can control our pc or laptop.
2. They change the forms and insert erroneous forms in our project.

The fraud's modus operandi works as under:

I submitted 2000 forms with 98% accuracy and they spoiled first 314 forms. I'm a sane double graduate woman who will not make mistakes in continuous 314 forms...and the question here is If I have made mistakes in first 314 forms how were other forms accurate...now they have to gulp 3500 plus the amount of Rs. 40, 000 which they were suppose to pay me...i have created a spl email id for dealing with this fraud so i[censored] wish to join hands then mail me on [protected]@gmail.com

When u ask them there are so many complaints against u guys on the net they say that those are people who failed to complete their project either due to laziness or were not able to maintain accuracy...so they backfire...and when i asked them for invoice they told me US server is down so they were not able to process the invoice again few days later I emailed them and asked for it..they sent the invoice which was just a scanned copy of a print out that too without any company registration no. and plus there were so many typing errors in the invoice which shows that these people are bloody fraudsters...In Mumbai their office is at 203 - Timmy Arcade, Makwana Road, Marol, Andheri East

sent you Failed QC report, and will never returned your security deposit they are only interested in your deposit.

Today on 24/7/2016 i have also made a complaint against this company. Now i see that before me others also have the same problems and given complaint to consumer complaints forum.Then what is action taken by forum up till now? and still this office is in function to cheat others.Why not closed?

Wat a fraud company took 3500 from me as a security money n told me dey will pay 20, 000 i completed my 2000forms in 14days n took my whole 15th day for Rechecking the form if i made any mistkes or nt. Wer there ws 1 agent called Avinash who said its a genuine company who say i wrk for dis company. Wer dis ppl tke 3500 n mking money from ppl n dnt gv wat dey deserve after wrking so hard.. Waste of time n money.. Dis company shuld be ban. Ppl plz dnt get into dis this ppl mking fool... Big frauds...

what next?shall we come together, unit with the the forum representative and investigate the matter so that we will get our deposit back and compensation for completed forms.I have completed 792 forms. What they have done with the completed forms ?please think of further action and solution.Only collecting the complaints will not solve this problem.Please think of this and take further action.Am i right?

Guys, today I visited Prism Infotech at Makwana Road, Marol, Andheri (East). All information they told me are matching with what you have mentioned in this forum. I asked them about the way they validate our forms. He said some kind of Quality Software which will verify our submitted forms. However, there is no way of defense if you feel you are right. A single case sensitive mistake or an extra space will make the form incorrect. Thank you for opening this forum. Hope, it will help many people from losing money.

Guys you all are just spoiling the company name. There is a complaint for every other big company like Samsung, LG, Sahara, LIC and many more even government companies. Some people are happy using their products and some are not happy. Nobody praises if they enjoy a better product or service but when unhappy they suddenly choose steps to spoil the name of the company but never try to know whether they hap used the product or service as per the terms of the company. So the negative comments of there negative peoples can never harm the company.

I just hate these negative people who waste their time here instead of working hard. I have also taken the project of Rs.3500/- from Prism InfoTech Dadar Branch form their representative Lakshmi. 2000 forms were provided to me and firstly I read all the terms and conditions of the Agreement. It is clearly mentioned in the terms that I will be receiving the payment of Rs. 120 per form only if I submit more than 1800 correct forms.
I achieved the cut off level of the 1800 forms and got paid within 10 days. Though the payment was delayed I got paid for it.

Agreement with deposit of Rs.3500/ for job on 12/08/2016. Time period from 14/08/2016 to 28/08/2016. To complete 2000 forms in 15 days. i worked day n nights to complete 2000 forms and submitted 2000 forms on time.. They said 335 forms were wrong out of 2000 forms and refused to pay the amount for correct forms nor did they give my deposit amount of 3000 rupees, saying that job was not done as per agreement.. My point is that if 335 forms were filled wrong, they should pay for the remaining forms which are right that is 1665 forms were filled right by me, so they should pay me an mount of Rs. 33300/- (1665 forms multiply by 20 Rs.) Though the forms were hard, I put in all my efforts, time and energy to complete the job. I am disappointed because i have taken a lot of trouble to fill 2000 forms. Why they made such a ridiculous agreement and trap the custuer? Please help...

My name is Mohan Garg and i am working with many Data entry companies. You are right Sameer I agree with you. These people all are just senseless people who just have time to do negative things for others. They don't want to work hard and just want 10 times returns of their deposit without any efforts.
I am working with Prism InfoTech and getting every month payment. Yes I am getting lesser amount with deductions but I don't mind if company is charging any commission. Company has the record of their monthly payments and hardworking people like us. they cannot do any thing instead of wasting their time on forums.

I don't understand when you all are unable to work hard or complete your work on time instead of accepting your mistakes gathered here to spoil company's image. Because of you all, others who are talented and want to work hard are not able to gain the opportunity. Company clearly mentions all the terms in the agreement instead of working according to the terms you all are here to chit chat. I bet known of you would have read the terms which you signed before taking up the work!!

I am registered freelancer of company and i got the payment for my work done. I had submitted the work on
[protected] and got the cheque on[protected] of Rs. 27720/- for my correct forms. Now i am also doing some of the offline projects of the company. My cheque copy is also attached here.
So guys instead of posting negative comments work on your loop holes if you really want to work from home.

How did you get this cheque of 27720? They pay Rs. 20 per form so when you divide 27720 by 20, you got paid for 1386 correct forms?

How is that even possible when they say that they will pay only if 1800 or more forms should be accurate?

As I cought them Red hand With the wrong agreement as they are trouble as i have word with TV9 they said that they will fight for us we required the unity for this so we can go against them.

I want you guys not to fall into the trap of this fake and fraud company with the so called legal agreement and whooping 36k-40k amount. No one is gonna get paid because they have criteria in agreement and they can cheat with computer software. They cannot cheat me with there technical methods as I'm an Computer engineer myself.
• The site keeps sending viruses until your laptop crashes, this happened with my friend not one but 2 of his laptops got infected and crashed but still he finished his work from third laptop but all went in vain. I was not affected by viruses as I was using Mac but I faced problem of login. The site gave me an error that my account is been logged in please logout to continue, but I haven't logged in from any other devices hows it possible to logout. I tried calling customer care but they were least helpful and cooperative. This happened with me almost 4-5 times which wasted much of time.
• Now the main thing where it goes unnoticed because most of them don't think of it. After completing the project they provide with an PDF which has your forms filled data. But one thing you don't notice is that they convert Excel sheet format onto PDF format so that you cannot check space problem. If it was an just Excel or PDF format then spaces can be detected but because they convert Excel format to PDF the spaces can't be seen and this is where they take advantage. The company through there software puts spaces in your forms and which results into wrong form, I had more than 70% forms wrong because of space.
• The QC report mentioned 222 forms wrong i.e only 22 extra forms were wrong then qualifying. I mailed them saying considering my those extra forms and make payment accordingly because I had been told in Dadar office that if I had 40-50 forms extra wrong they will still consider for payment. Even there clause also mentioned that if you had 1700 forms right i.e 300 forms wrong you'll be disqualified from payment but they didn't mentioned that even if 1790 forms were right i.e 210 forms wrong still you'll be disqualified for payment.
• It's my humble request to all the people out there ready for the project please do not fall into the trap until you realise its too late. It's not just your hard earned money is gone but also your 15 days and 12 hr/day work is wasted.

this company is really a fraud one. their aim is to only collect capital from people. they give the work so lenghty that can not be completed within deadline and if one tries hard to complete it can not pass their qualty and accuracy criteria... these people does not value the hard work and effort o[censored]s. they are only interested in deposit amount and not returning that amount... i am also in favor to get they trapped. also they dont show the workload before agreement, so that people get caught into their trap. their software in which one has to complete the work is so outdated and backward. anyone who are thinking to work with them, please dont waste your money as well as hard work and time. i am suffering from it.
