Sir/madam,
I was invested in fd scheme of prism infracon ltd amounting to rs. 1, 00, 000/- with register folio no. CM-296 & CM-690 for 60 months which was already matured on 31/01/2017. And original fixed deposit receipt with maturity amount rs.1, 00, 000/- in the name of smt. Madhuri Devi has been already discharged and sent to you for the payment of maturity money. But the payment of maturity amount not done till now.

I was invested my savings for my future, now i require the above money for my daughter's marriage. I tried to contact the your officials, but no one respond me. I was inform you through mail on 20th December 2019

So it therefore request you to please look above matter and take necessary action and arrange payment of maturity amount of rs. 1, 00, 000/-. I will be very thankful if the amount is receive without delay,

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had taken non- transferable debenture of prism infracon limited on 30th April 2011 with a face value of 10000/- which was for 15 years with the redemption of 100000/- but as I checked SEBI had instructed the company to return investors money with 15% return on investment in 2017 itself finding some fraudulent issue with the company and they had agreed on t return investors money.

Sir, I haven't contacted by a company or any of their representative or by govt. Authority for a refund of my invested money.

I am a common lower middle-class person and I had deposited my savings but I was not aware of anything about share, debenture and I was not aware of any such developments in this regard.

I had only information debentures are secure under SEBI supervision and if the company does any fraudulent or goes bankrupt govt. Helps to recover investors money.

I don't have any idea of process request you to help me get my invested amount back.

I have invested my 2lakh rupees in prism infrcon debenture scheme for two year in 2015 but yet not received my maturity of bond.. It is kolkata. Based company and having many branches in kanpur. The company assured us for giving benifit in debenture scheme.. But when i contact the branch in 2017. The branch office was sealed. Then i send the xerox copy to mention address in bond but the paper return back.. Head office also in banaras. Sir kindly help us to get our money from this company..

I have two bonds purchaging on 2015 of rs 215000 in deventre scheme selling by this prism infrocon ltd. Kolkata.. Matured on aug 2107.. But yet not recived maturity amount about 318800. When i contact to near branch people who are working told me that the bond holders file the case. For maturity. I have no idia for this. I have send the bond to mention address in bonds. But they came back..
Kindly help me how can i get my maturity amount.. Or my deposited amount.

And original fixed deposit receipt with maturity amount rs.40000/- in the name of smt. Seema has been already discharged and sent to you for the payment of maturity money. But the payment of maturity amount not done till now.

Debenture certificate no. Piclma0000816 dated 31.08.2013 for three year period up to 31.08.2016 against 6000 debenture s. No. Am-1181121 to am 1187120 of rs.100/- each amount 600000/- in the name of arvind kumar nigam joint with vijay kumar nigam. And debenture certificate no. Piclma0001726 dated 330.06.2014 for three year period up to 31.08.2017 against 1000 debenture s. No. Am-2627231 to am 2628230 of rs.100/- each amount 100000/- in the name o[censored]sha nigam joint witharvind kumar nigam.
We would like to inform you that interest amount of above noted debenture rs. 6600/- &rs.1100/- would be credited in our account in first week of every month but interest for the month of november could not credited in account till today.

Hi, I am Amit Ranjan Kumar. I have started a RD(SPB) of 5k per month for 2yr starting date is[protected] to[protected], in the company Prism Infracon Limited in Delhi Branch. I have paid my all 24 installment on time.. But as per commencement I have visited Delhi branch for maturity they advised to wait as per currency issue it will be delay by few days but it's 2 month got over and they are not ready to give maturity. The company staffs are so irresponsible that they are not giving any satisfactory answer. My policy certificate no - PL-07414 Plan no-SPB-2D application no PICL/PA020348. Please do the needful in this regard.

Prism infracon limited is a fraud company.. I have taken debenture option Where every month I would be getting every month interest.. First few months I have received.. Now they have stopped from 9 month.. their is maturity of my investment last month. They have not given that.

Pls guide how to recover my money.

NOT ONLY OTHER'S VIEW WE SHOULD CHECK IT OURSELVES AND I CHECK IT. FURTHER YOUR CHOICE ....

Prism Infracon Limited is a fraud company being operated from Kolkata. They have typical “Marwari” company’s mentality. They do not respect people but only money. They behave rude with their employees, with their vendors, investors and agents. This company has no future. Today they are earning for the investor’s money and tomorrow they will become beggar on the street. REQUESTING YOU PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Requesting our CM, Mamata Banarjee to stop this kind of Fraud Company.
