my mother is suffering with this private finance interest plz help

we are from visakhapatnam.. and 2 years before my mother have been taken 3 lakhs from one person... that person interest is for 1 lakh per month 18 thousand... like for 3 lakhs 54 thousand ..from last 2 years she is paying that interest amt...if some times if she is not paying that interest he is added that amt in princ... amt... now the final amt what he says is 10 lakhs... till now my mother paid 40 lakhs interest... and till 2 moths...

I want to pass information to income tax dept against Mr. B.V.Karunakar son of B.L.Narayana have gathered huge black money. I know him from 7 years. His business is private financing and money rotation. He takes 36% annually interest from desired people & make lot money & he is not submitted tax to the govt. Every month 1st & 10th and every sunday at 5 pm he conduct monthly chits & weekly chits at his home.
