Priya Gas Agency Complaints & Reviews

We got gas cylinder from priya gas agency, that cylinder rusted in bottom that made an injury to my wife, also my baby playing around this rusted cylinder its change to harm the child, also that cylinder having more bends, also it’s leaking some time once reinsert leak was arrested. Another important one always i buying with online payment however they asking money to delivery.

I have booked gas cylinder on[protected] and it was expected to arrived in 2 days. However, it was not delivered till[protected]. And in between i got message that gas was delivered on[protected] but this was not the case. We have still not received any gas for which booking was done on[protected].
My refill booking no. Is 22291.

Gas booking agency is priya gas agency (Bp), thaltej, ahmedabad.

Please look into my complaint and request you to take corrective action for that.

I am the customer of HP gas(Preya Gas Agencies,ABC Complex ,Chennai-600 019).My customer no:606563,refill booking on 23Dec- no:294962. I got a sms stating that i will be receiving it with in 48 hrs.Cash memo date is 23th Jan 2013 but still we have not received the gas.I tried contacting via phone but they are informing us to exchange with other agencies because of travelling distance,Is their any other agency to help us in future...

i booked the gas on 08.04.10. but there is no proper reply from the gas agency. we are not getting the phone also they inform that we already but the bill on monday (19.04.10) but till date( 23.04.10) we are not gas . it is very mental torcher to us we already make a complain the hp gas you not produce the complain nos. for every time we are facing the same problem we i am booking for refil they simply told we are not getting the stock in regular. with out supplying the regular stock why are having the an agency in north chennai.
for this irregular and non supply of gas we think we have go to customer court in future. and also hp gas having customer complian no. when we dial that number it is only ringing no body is picking up. for that why you having this type of complain number we do no.

i booked the gas on 8.04.10 they informed the gas will be delivered with in 10 days i again asked about the delivery on 19.04.10. at that time they told that they are not getting the cylinder for past a week from their head office. we badly inform that hp gas is worst customer supporter or only priya gas agency is not having the proper delivery. this is not for this time i am facing this problem we i have booked a new connection in the priya gas agency, kalaidepet.

Dear, Sir I am staying in 59D West Mada street, thiruvottiyur, chennai 600 019. I registered gas booked in preya gas agency Thiruvottiyur Chennai 600 019.My gas Book no 605806.
i booked my hp gas cylinder on 6th jan 2010 but till today(18.01.2010) no delivery, number is always engaged. My Booking No 82604.Last month i received gas[protected]. Now 48 days i did not receive gas cylinder. It is guinness record.

Dear Sir,

I have an account no. 7009 with Priya gas agency (Priya Gas Agency, , 17 Subhad Scomplex, Near Jiwandeep Row Housdw Circle, Jayambinagar Road, Thaltage, AHMEDABAD, Ahmedabad[protected] since 10 years. We are facing problem every time related to booking. On the notice board, office time is 8am to 8pm but they are denied to book the cylinder after 6pm even after personal visit. Many times we are booking through phone but they don't book the cylinder.

Before 2 days colleague had visited Priya gas personally for booking but they had not booked the gas. Today I had myself visited the Priya gas and ask for the booking timing and they said it is up to 6pm only. I asked for the customer care no. but they had not provided the phone no.

It was hot discussion and they had told me that they had blocked my account. Mr. narendra pande told me lot of bad words.

There are so many customers who are facing the same problm. Please do the needful ASAP.
