Actually I have applied for a work from home job which was of form filling. I was not able to do that work so I quit and paid penality for Rs. 5200 in 2019. Now they and their Advocate name Mohit Verma is calling me and threatning me that I have done work according to their agreement and now they will charge me with Rs.85500 and if I'm not going to settle this amount I have to deal with legal hearing from court.

They calling me for money and they ask me for part-time job which i agree but they didn't give any proof of company and hire me and after few day they were asking for money and email me by advocate name ms. Suman maharashtra.. Please help me they harrassing me by calling and email and they giving warning everytime of court.. Athey saying that i have to went to court if didn't give money to them. I am student and i getting harrased by them everyday. Am receiving calls continuously

I am complaining about a company named pro sol. One day they sent me a mail regarding data entry work, i am a struggling student and currently finding a job so that time i needed a job. But i was confused about should i take this or not?. But that time i opened that link which was given in that mail and then an employee named kalyani (With phone number [protected]) called me and said that you just have to do the work and don't have to give any money, she also told me that after successful completion of work they will deduct maintenance charges from the salary and will give rest of the money. I said yes to kalyani and then she asked me to send scanned copy of my aadhar card so i send the aadhar card's scanned copy. After sometime she send me a agreement which is already signed with my name (I think they did the signature by themselves) also in agreement year is mentioned as 2018. And then i started the work, after 2 days i have encountered a problem with my laptop, so i tried to call kalyani because she was my contact person but she didn't respond and didn't pick my calls. So i send a mail to helpline regarding unable to do the work but they said that if you want to cancel then you have to give maintenance charge, so i arranged a laptop from a friend and completed the work within given time. But after a day they send me a mail regarding failure of qc (Quality check) report and again they send me a mail in which they are demanding maintenance charge, that time i didn't responded. After a day or two, they send me a notice (Which is marked as legal) and also they called me and abused on call that they will drag me in court if i don't pay the charge. Their advocate (I think he is fake) mailed me a notice and now they are charging us more money and continue sending me threatening mails. I am just a student and and i don't want any trouble when i did nothing wrong. I am scared by their notices and calls. I don't know what to do. Please help me and solve my problem.

On 15 may 2019, i got a call from rupali sarma of pro sol company, offering a job of data entry. They offered me to 20000 for filling 1000 forms in 10 days. They took my i'd and make an agreement without telling me and signed the agreement them-self digitally. Than i search in google about the company and found the pro sol company is faurd. I called on helpline number they didn't took call. After 10 days they send me a mail asking me for fine for not completing my work. I belong to a poor family cant pay such amount to them. They are threatening me for legal procedures. Please help me i don't want any trouble of court case and cant afford that also.

On 14th May 2019, I got a call from a Pro Sol operative under the name of Aryan Khan offering me Data Entry Job. They offered 20000 INR for filling 1000 forms within a time duration of 10 days. They asked for my voter id/aadhar card. I sent them my Aadhar Card. Aryan said that they would give me a call to see if I was fit for the job, an interview of sorts, and that I was supposed to to say Yes. I did it.
I was not informed about any liability fee if failed to complete the job within the given time frame. All I was informed that if failed to do the job no payment would be made to which I had agreed.
Upon confirmation they sent me a pdf agreement which contained my digital signature. I did not submit any signature nor I was informed about it. The agreement is itself dated 2018. There was no mention of the agreements and the terms mentioned beforehand.
I started the work but I was skeptical so I googled about the companies and came across tonnes of complaints accusing the Company of fraud/misleading and blackmailing for money. Seeing this I did no further work.
For upcoming 10 days Pro Sol didn't contact me by any means whatsoever.
Now I am getting calls and messages apparently from one Adv. Rakesh Sharma ([protected]). Also I am getting messages under the name HPLEGALD threating me to pay up INR 5200 or I would have to face legal action causing me loss of money and time.Also they threatened me to file a case under section 420 and 406.

I am a student and can't afford to pay such an amount also I don;t want to get caught up in any legal issues. Please help me resolve this issue.

I am facing same problem.
I am from kolkata.
On 10th may, 2019 (Friday) i got a call from this type of company. The executive sagar bora called me and said details about the job. I told him that i will not available next two days. So that i'll start my work from monday (13.05.2019) and then he agreed and after submitted my adhar card for the registration i got an agreement from the company and i send it to that executive as discuss with him and also i got user name and password along with url.
Any way i started my work from monday and i asked the company what will be my last date. They said that my work already started and i have 8 days to submit the work. Then continuously mail them for give me 2 days. But they did not give me. I called that executive sagar bora. But his phone also not reachable. I called him so many times. What ever i completed my work (1000 pages) with in 8 days. Next day i got a mail that my qc report failed.
After that company was not called me. After 2 days in the morning 11.00 am (24th may, 2019) advocate v p arya (Ph. - [protected]) called me with very bad behavior and said that with in 1hr i have to pay 8500/- if i failed then he will take legal steps. Even he said if i fail then i have to go to latur court and as well as i have to pay 150000 /- as penalty. I told them that i'll pay but i need some time. He said will not give me any time and continuously he behaved very badly and threading me. Then i scared and talk with a criminal lawyer regarding this. He told me that this is totally fraud and he suggested me to go to the police station for fir and he strictly denied to pay them any amount.
That day police called them but they even not received the phone calls and police told me to block that numbers from where the advocate called me. I blocked that number.
After that 2 hours they called me from other other numbers. I was not received. Their last call was 3.00 pm. I did not received their calls. Next day saturday 25th may, 2019 i got a legal notice from advocate associate ([protected]@gmail.com). The legal notice by advocate k. R mane. Where he said that the amount (5200 /- + 3000/- = 8200), i have to pay with in 2 days. But i shaw that mail on 28th may, 2019 tuesday.

Any way. Now what should i do now. Please help

They took m aadhaar card copy which i emailed them and make an agreement, after some time i called divya again she told me she was in meeting, next day mere pass mera id aur password aaya username: c[protected], password: tujdz aaya, meine apna work start kar diya, on the next day meine google par search kiya ke company ke review ka bare mein usme bhaut sare complaints thi, phir meine company mein call kiya aur pucha ke aapke company ke review wrong hai to mera phone cut kar diya aur mera no block kar diya, phir meine apna work complete kar ke bheja with in 10 days aur meine send kar diya, next mera result bhi aa gaya usme fail likha hua tha, mein bilkul sure thi mera work galat nahi ho sakta par its ok, monday ko mujhe pro sol company se call aaya ke aapko payment karni padega mein advocate bol raha hu, aap par hum yeh case kar rehe hai agar aapne payment nahi kari, par mujhe he payment karni hoti to mein kam nahi karte, mere contarct mein kidhar bhi likha hua nahi hai ke aapko pay karna hoga, aap mera yeh case solve kare

Before 10 days i joined prosol with a call from sharma aarti. I dont think it is her name. She called and said a confirmation call will come and u should say yes yes to all and i did it.

And got an agreement in pdf with digital signature.

And i started my work.in the forth day i just googled her email id it was [protected]@gmail.com
Then the first resilt came with blackmailing... Then i stopped working.

Now i am getting calls from advocates (I dont think those are advocates) blackmailing me and sending notices they said under section 406 & 420 there would be a case against me.

They said i will get legal notice in my home and it didnt come

I got a call from a company named pro sol. They offered a home based part time job to me, they told me everything except one that i have to pay them 5, 200 in case i am unable to achieve the target for filling 1000 forms in 10 days. Without my permission they created a agreement with my false signature and mailed me, from there i came to know that it is fraud company. Immediately i mailed denying the company for deal but they didn't respond. After 10 days a person claimed himself to be senior advocate called me and started preaching laws and section. Contionuosly i am getting texts, mails and calls that legal action will be taken against me i don't pay them. The details are as follows :

Nearly in last 13 days i recrived a cal they were saying that i have a chance for applying for an online job which is of data entry from home they asked me either i have laptop i said yes. and they were saying that they will pay me 20000 but 5 thousand will be taken as resigstration fees. I got excited and gave my id card picture thought it would work but i had a sudden breakdown of my health so i decided to cancel now they are telling me i have to pay for cancelation which is rps 9000. They have send me a agreement where they have inatalled my signation which was totally unknown for me. I gave my resume at naukri.com and quikrjob.com. After some days i received a phone call from a company called pro sol. They were giving me 1000 forms. They gave me time of 10 days to complete these forms. If i didn't complete these forms i have to give 5200 ruppess. I completed the work but they call me and said your work is failed and you have to pay 5200 ruppess. I need help to solve my this problem.

I got a call from pro sol on 6 may 2019 and lady priya told me about the company and asked me my interest in the company i said then she told me that i had to fill 1000 forms in 10 days in which 90% accuracy the demanded then the send me an agreement type letter in which my digital signature was already done by the company and asked the why they do so they said that its not a big deal and they asked for my adhar card and i had given but they had not issued me call letter instead of my insisting.. But they issued me a certain type of password and user id.. When i do not got a call letter then i didnt start working now this mr. V p arya statrd himself as a lawyer of the company has called me and threated me to present in the court.. I dont understand what type of harrasment is this.. When they had not sent me call letter then why i will work for them as a bonded labour and in the agreement the stated themself as client and me as bussiness corporate
Help me in this matter as it is illegal.

They told me to if i didnt finished the work then i will exten it for more day. I'm getting annoying calls and mails from the ADVOCATE to pay money. Other wise you will be in registered case against you.

Dear sir i received a call from pro sol before 10 day and they asking for my one i'd proof and signed digitally by themselves. Same day i m say no to work and mail them but after 10 they i m receiveing mail massages and call from them now they say deposit 9200 otherwise we take leggle action please help m out. Mere pass pro sol company se 24 april ko kalyani verma ka call aaya. Form feeling job ke liye 1000 form ke liye 20000pament dege iske liye id card maga gya. Uske baad farzi agreement pe pta nhi kaise mera sing kr diya gya iske baad hmse agreement ke balance ki demand hone lgi hmne balance bhi diya to unki demand badhti ja rhi h iske liye wo case krne ke liye bol rhe h hm phle hi dar kr bahut jyada hi balance diye h ab nhi de payege because i am poor student.

मै नीरज कुमार हरयाणा से मैंने quikr वेबसाइट से एक pro sol कंपनी में ऑनलाइन फॉर्म फिलिंग वर्क के लिए ज्वाइन किया था उन्होंने पहले तो मेरा आधार कार्ड आईडी मांगा उसके बाद मेरी फर्जी सिगनेचर करके एक एग्रीमेंट फॉर्म मेरे पास ईमेल कर दिया जिसमें लिखा था अगर आप 100 फार्म 10 दिन के अंदर भर नहीं कर पाए तो आपको 52 सो रुपए का फाइन भरना पड़ेगा उन्होंने मुझे लॉगइन आईडी और पासवर्ड भी 6 दिन बाद भेजा तब मुझे डाउट लगा तो मैंने इसमें ज्वाइन ही नहीं किया उसके बाद 5 दिन बाद मुझे कॉल आया और बोला कि आपको फाइन भरना पड़ेगा नहीं तो आप के खिलाफ एक नोटिस जारी होगा कोर्ट में तब आपको कई गुना फाइन भरना पड़ेगा उसके बाद मुझे हर बार अलग-अलग नंबर से कॉल आ रही है और कह रहे है कि जल्दी करके करो नहीं तो नोटिस जारी हो जायेगा वे फोन नंबर मैं नीचे लिख रहा हूं [protected]. Pro sol solution is a fraud company first they said we dont need any money before your starting and take a sign on agreement,. Then after we started work going through by doing our efforts our id will be automatic logged out. No one pick up the calls on customer care, no email, my id will be logged out 2-3 time after that i am continuously changing my password day by day, that my id will be secured. The main thing was that we didnt change the username because they also had our username they provided to us. And password is also changed through this username by anyone who had this username and access our id and make changes. After that i completed my 800 forms. Totally neat and clean manner by checking each form before submitting. I am continuously calling and mailing them i when i got call and how i get money no one respond either customer care. Then i got a call after 1 day that from gs solution by the name of sweta gss. I picked and asked that you have too many mistakes that is impossible the person who checked twice before submitting the form is he mad he submit wrong. I am stayed at my sentence then she said said that you are giving our money as acc to contract 4000 to us and say now to telephone recorded line. I refused to say and tell her that is impossible that i got this amount of mistakes. She denied and just saying give our contracted money in an hour or otherwise we take legal notice against you. Or pay charge for the rechecking if you dont beleive.in everycase just we are trying to trap, first we did their work, by our efforts and electricity everything. The report i demand then i got repot and only 520 something forms are just correct and their is mistake of 281 with the accuracy of 64 aprox. Is they are playing game with us by making us fool and blackmailing us. This is totally fraud i checked my each form before submitimg. And i agree nothing is perfect i made much mistakes acc to me as the amount of 20-25 or 30 hardly. But i craked the accuracy then also but they made 281mistakes. Just because they had the username of our id and got changed anytime and take our id on thier pc to make miskates. Sir i am and all the peoples are trapped with arw geniun so make this sout out this time. That is enough. They make calls to us when they need money now otherwise when we need help from them no one pick the call everytime. Today i got a mail from their side by the name of advocate a. Ansari and in that mail i got pressurised a type of that i have to pay them a charge otherwise i got jail or take actions of 420&406. Just because they had agreement they can do anything by changing the forms o[censored]s and trapped us. We gave trust and have trust on you peoples to take legal action on this type of fraudies
