Pro sol company se ganesh ne mujhe call kiya online form filling ka job offer kiya 1000 from ka 10 days m frse bina puche digital sign krwali agreement p jo 2018 ka h or 14 may ko call aaya 5200 rs mange penalty k or 15000 agreement cancellation k mene mna kiya to advocate kamal thakur ne kha ki legal case krenge or 150000 or section 2b m 500000 rs ki demand ki.. Please help me sir

Hi. My complaint is regarding to the same online form filling job. It's name prosol. I came to know that it is fake company. I said i am not interested to do the job within half an hour but they made a legal document without my acknowledgement. I scared of it please soon resolve my problem from this company. I wanted to know that whether they will make threaten me soon. Plz guide me to save my issue.. I hope u will make any action.

On 1 may 2019, i got a call from PRO SOL company number[protected] offering a job of data entry.They offered me to 20000 for filling 1000 forms in 10 days.they took my i'd and make an agreement without telling me and signed the agreement them-self digitally, agreement has dated 2018.i called on helpline number they didn't took call.After 10 days they send me a mail asking for 9000 rs for not completing my work. i belong to a poor family cant pay such amount to them.They are threatening me for legal procedures.Please help me i don't want any trouble of court case and cant afford that also.

This company is farud. Ise company ne dhoke se agreement bnaya mere nam pe btaya bhi ni or phle panelty k bare me bhi kuch ni btaya tha mai Inka Diya hua task Pura ni kr pai to mujhe govt process ki dhmki di or mujhe panelty k 5200rs bhrne ko kha mene Kam k phle hi din Kam dekh k mna kr Diya tha ki m ye Kam ni krungi ab ye mujhe advocate yogesh pal ki trf see notice bhej rhe h ki panelty k 5200+3000 humare employee ko ignor krne k paise do. Plz sir help me me ye paise ni de skti kyoki m capable ni hu h poor family se belong krti hu

This company called me on 8/5/2019 with number [protected] for a job of data entry and i gave the details they wanted after that they signed an online agreement by my name which they did not inform after that they have sent me an email that i have signed the form. After reading many complaints against this company i come to know that they will charge me for nothing.
So i want to please look into it. Take legal action against them as i have done nothing. The agreement they are showing is false. Now they are calling me with another number [protected]

18th april 2019 ko pro sol company ki taraf se karan bora ([protected]) name se ek call aya unka kehna tha ki 1000 form fill krne ke 20000 milegi.
Mera i'd card liya or without inform agreement sign kr diya digitally...
Agreement m date 2018 fixed hai
Jb mene wo cancel krwana chaha to unhone 5200 pay krne ko bola or 6200 agreement cancel ke liye..
Mere mna krne pr legal procedure ki dhmki di.
Sir please resolve my problem...

I register on a clickindia for job and after some days i receive a call ([protected]), name gopal 30 april 2019 around 1.30 from the company name pro sol company, its registered office and also a mail from agreement. [protected]@gmail.com who says that she is marketing executive of the company. She told me that i have to fill 900 forms in 9 days so that they pay me 25 rupees per form and they send me an agreement from latur maharashtra and they ask me to send your i'd adhar card
And digital signature that contains that i agree with all terms ann conditions of prox company without informing about any agreement i send my i'd and digital signature. They send me an agreement in pdf form dated 12 jan 2019 3.55pm but this agreement contains the stamp date 30 august 2018 then it struck to my mind that it is clearly fraud company when i call him again and again to cancel the agreement they don't pick my call
But till mrng 2 may 11:38 i rec a masg from btarbitr
Under section 420 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues otherwise we have to process further. For detail call in [protected]
