Fake Call and Lose my 19k Capital in 1min

And all broker in this profitmart all behaviour is so Ugly

I send my share certificate original to profit mart mumbai it clearly mention it is received on 07 Feb 2022 but when I am asking them they saying they not got but I have speed post seal that it's received from many months I am doing mail to all ur department and even I come to Mumbai they says they not received when I asked them regarding inward book they saying they don't maintain. Check my mail which I sned to all support gerivenance department but no use

One of verst even I send messgae to there director but one use.

I tried to pay in sum of 1000/- 21 jan 2021 from my standard charted bank and done the same... deducted from my account but not added in to my trading account... i called local representative and informed and he said that not added to profit mart ac, need to clarify from banker.. got clarified from my banker stating that amount credited to beneficiary account.

called so many times profitmart people and said the same thing that amount credited to profitmart. but no one cared my words by profitmart employee ( Mr. Prasad Mr. Mani kishore)

Requested my banker to confirm the credit confirmation via mail, they confirmed that the same day credited to beneficiary account.
after seeing this confirmation mail profit mart people added my 1000/- after 64 days.

SOME OF POINTS WHICH I WANTED MENTION.

1. I CALLED THEM AND INFORMED TO CHECK. NOT CARED IMPROPERLY INFORMED ME TO CHECK WITH BANK.
2. THEY DID NOT CROSS CHECKED THEIR AC EVEN CONFIRMATION FROM MY SIDE.
3. REPRESENTATIVE NOT RESPONDED PROPERLY EVEN SO MANY TIMES CALLING.
4. AFTER SHARING BANK CONFIRMATION MAIL THEN THEY CHECKS THEIR ACCOUNTS AND ADDS THE MONEY AFTER 64 DAYS.

Profitmart executive done trading in margin without formal communication with me? Due to this I lost today 5k and yesterday 1k...means total loss of 6k in two days?

I have dmat account with profit mart i.e. Account[protected].

Please help me as they are using hard money to ear their brokerage only not bother of wether customer lossing money.

This is a worst share broker service. They have no commitment towards thieir customers.
They do not respond to emails. Looks like no one reads them. The website has several technical issues. No help, no user manual, no transparency in the levied charges and no accountable management.
Several of my transactions have financial discripencies that no one is clarifying. I am fed up with them.
When called they behave as if we disturbed them unnecessarily.
I am sure there shall be many more dissatisfied customers like me.
Soon i will be closing my relationship with profitmart.

Sometime back i opened a trading cum demat account with profitmart. An emerging broker in india. I thought i will get better service from them, but i was disappointed
1. Their online platform has bugs and the site hangs or crashes
2. Relationship manager post is just for name sake. They just cut corners
3. If i ask a query to a, he says contact b and if i contact b, he says contact a
4. They do not disclose several hidden charges upfront
5. They do not reply to emails. Several contact us email ids are useless, no one replies on them
6. I suggest instead of profitmart go to other discount brokers
