PF is not yet taken or transfered to any other company, Now I want to withdrawal my PF Money from this PF account . KIndly Help...

I got a mail from progressive infovision pvt. Ltd. For application support engineer for wipro kolkata. I applied for that profile & send my resume also to senior hr executive person. After few days i will call back to company they ignoring me, office time their phone all time switched off, after receiving senior hr executive person cut the phone. My PF refund application form was submitted on 27.01.2010, Delhi UNDER CODE NO: DL-27013/1142 Till date refund is not credited to my account.Pls let me know when it will be credited....
