I bought a tread mill from Propel fitness in Dec'11. The machines is sparingly used and as committed no periodic services were offered by this company. Now from the month of April 13, the machine is having problem reported with burning smell from the motor. I have purchased Propel Fitness Treadmill on Dec 2011 Model : HT 57. From Jan 2012 onwards I have faced motor problem like “if I run more than 10min in treadmill, we can hear noise from Motor, I have raised my concerns to Propel fitness customer care frequently, till now motor problem not resolved. Technical people will come after 3 days from ticket raised and they will clean carbon brush, ask me to monitor machine.
