I am searching for rental property since 5 days but i searched on 99acres only. While searching i did not registered my number as i was sure that i will start getting many calls from other agents. But i have to register the number at certain point as i wanted to contact one of the property owner. On 20th sep 2019 i register my mobile number of 99acres and contacted the owner. (I do not wanted the agent's property. I was searching for direct owner's property only)
Today on 21st sept 2019 i got a call from propertywala saying i have registered on their portal and from their they got my number and requirement. Which is absolutely a false statement. I have never visited any of such site. Infact i was not even aware about such site exist at all.
In some time i am started getting promotional sms from same company.

I want to register a complaint against them about following
1. They have steal my data from other property portal
Well for this matter i also want to file a complaint against 99acres that they have shared my contact details with 3rd party.

2. They do not respect the time and privacy of the customer.
The executive was so arrogant that she was firm that i only register a requirement on their site.

I want right authority to take action against such pathetic calls and sms.

It becomes a big mistake to fill up a form at any property exhibition or at property sites. They should understand that people who are coming online to search a property are educated enough to help themselves and they also know whom to call if they need help and where to find the numbers if they actually require.

I have posted my property details in 99 acres, olx and no broker application.

But my information posted in property wala.com and i opened to see the mail, now i got two mails that your registration completed successfully and another. Ail is for thanks for veryfying your mail. Either i did anything.

Property wala steal my data from mobile.

I registered my agency in the month of October. Few days ago I got a call from Propertywala.com inquiring the status of my agency. I said that I have left the agency long time ago. But few minutes later I received an sms stating that my registration is complete and the website http://www.propertywala.com/arjay-realty is available to use. It shows my name and number on the page. Currently I am receiving inquiry calls and sms to my number for properties. I have even emailed them for the issue. But have not received any reply from them. Should I take legal actions?
