This is such a fraud company I have ever seen.I was a tenant of the property belongs to propurban in Bangalore.Lekha Residency.
On Feb, 2021 I had vacated the premise .They sent a mail after settling down all deduction and mentioned the return amount is 22k.But still after 10months I did not get back the security deposite back.they stopped responding mails within one month.

I was renting a flat from Propurban company in Whitefield area, Bangalore, Karnataka. I vacated the flat in March, 2021, by giving 1 month notice as per the agreement. After vacating the flat, Propurban company completed inspection of the flat and shared termination cost sheet. As per the cost sheet some amount was deducted from security deposit. After all the deductions from the security deposit, I was supposed to get back Rs. 22, 263(They have overcharged for most of the items).

I have emailed them many times. At first they responded saying, it is delayed due to a number of reasons. After a couple of weeks, they stopped responding. Their number is not reachable. No one picks up any calls in their official number.

Please help me get my refund of security deposit. These people are not responding to calls or emails. Please take action against fraud company Propurban.

Hi,

I am ex-tenant of one of Propurban Property(Lekha Residency). I vacated the Property on 2nd April, 2021. I recieved the cost sheet also. But they are not returning my security deposit. Upto June they gave me new excuses for every time. Now they are not receiving my call, they blocked my mobile numbers, not even replying my emails.

Please help me to get my security deposit back.

Dear Team,

I vacated the house on 31 January and till date the property owner has not refunded the deposit till now.

Now they have charged me unnecessary charges as painting charge. They are not even responding to my mails and no direct person to call.

Please help me.

Team- My ex house owner is not give me any clarity of deposit refund and now its 30 days i have vacated the house.
House inspection was done on 28-Jan.

Need help to recover my deposit amount

As per the rental agreement I served one month notice period and I vacated in the month of November (2020). It is almost three months till now I haven’t get my security deposit back even after the continuous follow up with the company. The company always replies to my mail saying that “we will check with accounts team and we will come back”.

Could you please advise me on the above issue? And, what should I do next to get my security deposit?

Propurban a real estate consulting service provider had enabled purchase of a flat at olympia - omr, chennai. They were supposed to provide two air conditioners to the property which they have denied despite declaring the same in writing.

This has reference to the agreed conditions and commitments made as of and from june 10th 2017 by propurban represented by prasanna under your leadership to provide two 1.5 ton split aircon of carrier brand to my house 18k, ruby tower, olympia sequel, omr, navalur and continual failure to ensure timelines for installations until this mailer being sent out.

Despite multiple communications and our continual followups till date, we find a constant dispel of commitments, non planned timeline to guarantee at its face value and most importantly no continued notifications to me as the buyer of the services.

This is appalling to observe that me and my wife have been initiating the rounds of followups with your team or to yourself; but so far we never find anything trustworthy to getting this issue to any closure.

Am an nri, and a treatment of this is appalling and sad to see how pathetic the indian real estate consultants like propurban have stooped to fall flat on assured and agreed commitments and delays for something as meager like this long pending issue.

Am reporting my case here in the gulf-indian embassy and gulf real-estate forum, non resident indian associations with specific mention to our pains and sufferings being meted out by propurban india.

Further too, this is to notify that am giving the power of attorney to mr. Rajesh subramaniam, (+91 [protected], [protected]@yahoo.com) to represent my case specific to the commitments made by propurban and further course of actions within the governance and framework as prescribed under the mocaf, ministry of external affairs as am being an nri;

We hereby would no longer do any followup or communication herewith in this regard directly with yourself our your organization and will leave it to the able hands of "appropriate authority" to get us the justice through further course.
