I had booked a 2BHK at Provident Skyworth Project at Mangalore in Sept 2013. The total purchase amount of Rs 50 lacs was to be paid Slab wise to the Builder. I had booked a 2 bhk in sept 2013 in provident skyworth mangalore "c" block. The agreement which was signed, stamped and registered mentioned explicitly dec 2015 as date of possession with a six months grace period.

I have up following the progress status of provident skyworth since yr 2015 and already paid 93% of the amount by way of bank loan based on architect certificate.in other words, the building is 93% ready ad now...
