I work for them out of desperation... Needed to pay off my debts.. they cheated me and now they are threatening me to pay money or else legal action will be taken.. these people have posted their advertisement in Quikr... I immediately got a call from them... they told me if I finish 900 forms they will pay me 25 rupees for form... However the catch is I should make sure that I give them 810 correct forms... I am experienced in data entry so I usually have 97 to 98% accuracy... We were asked to finish 900 phones within 9 days... I finished within 7 days and I sent it to them... however they sent me a legal notice threatening notice asking me to paste 4700 because I have not met the QC standard... I asking for my QC report and they did not give me... I asked him and they ask me to check for it in my work account login which day provided for me... However when I tried to login my account was inactive.. now I have received an email from some Rohit Sharma saying that he is a legal department person and he will take action if I don't give him 4700 before 1 o'clock... this is not right they cannot play with people who already happen financial trouble... Please help me...

Hello sir, my name is mayank shukla. Prox company is blackmailing me. I got a call no [protected]. They said for 900 forms in 9 days they ask for my adhar.&my digital sign for registration then send a mail with legal deal paper. They did not show those paper before my digital sign. Then i complete my work but they fail that. Now they ask rs7700. Please hlp

Hi sir I have started work with company Name- Prox because I don't know that these websites are fraud and I have taken the work on date[protected] they send me a agreement and said that you have to fill 900 form in 9days. If I didn't complete this work then I have to pay 4700 to company as utility charges. I have done this work for 1 day only then I left coz I know that the company is fraud. On[protected] I get a call from Gujrat calling Nilesh Thakur telling that he is a advocate. He send me text msg and send mail on my mail id. That you have to pay 4700+900 utility charges and file charges. And told me that if you didn't pay this amount. We have to take legal action towards you.
The name of advocate is Nilesh Thakur and pH no. [protected]. He is telling that he is a advocate and he don't know how to write legal he write legal spelling legel.

Hello sir I received a call from a company which was offering me a home based work .I asked the executive who's name was arshad Kumar I have to pay the security amount or not he said no they will deduct the money from the final salary. I asked what is the job he said I have to fill 900 form in 9 days and if all the forms would be correct the will not take any amount I said ok. Then he asked me for my I'd proof and sent an app and said me to sign on it so i send my pathar card and my sign. Then I asked him from when I will have to start my work he said I will be getting an I'd and password from which I will start my work but I never received my received any I'd or password even I tried to call them on their helpline line but it was out of reach..then I googled the company I saw it is fraud so I did not even started my work. But on 22nd I received a call from Vijay chauhan who was calling him as an advocate was threatening me about the submission on penalty I even told him that I never work on it I never got the I'd snd pswd but he said I have received you adhar card he is telling me to submit 13000 as penalty otherwise he will take legal action even he is telling me that he has sent a case file to my residence..please help me sir

Please help me please a call from[protected] her name is ruchika and she said that company will give 9oo form in which accuracy 810 form must be correct so i started the work and later i searched about the company the company was fraud they were forcing me to pay 8700 so. I paid them i was scared please help me to get my 8700 today i paid them please help me to get my money back

Same problem i am facing i am getting calls to penalty payment or threatning for legal notice. If anyone got any information regarding this plz help me out.

I get a call from advocate and informs that about an intimation letter that prox company has filled a case against me by under the law agreement if i ll not succeded the job or not completed i have to penalty or i ll get a case filled against me.
If anyone get any help plz contact to me for help.

I have made aggrement with prox company. When i browse about the company it seemed to be fraud many people filed complaint about this company many are saying after completion of work they will not pay money. So i want to cancel the agreement with prox company and i don't want to pay the any amount as it is a fraud company. So please help me to cancel the agreement

This is ajay kumar Last week I got a call from prox company that we offer data entry part time work. First they told me to sign on black screen after that they said me to send my Aadhar card. Then they gave me 900 forms and told me to complete within 9 days and salary was 22500 after that 1 form has 3 papers so I called them to clear my doubts they didn’t pick and I called them 5Days daily after that till now they didn’t call back but now at morning they email me and said that to pay 7980and they send me legal notice

Some days ago a lady called me Whose Name is Parthvi Shah(mob. no. [protected]), and told me about the company named PROX.
Which provide 900 form to fill in 9 days . After completing the work company will pay me 22500. And they send a agreement to me to sign and it looks like genuine so i singed the agreement .. But after completing the work they sending me mails to pay them 4700 rs because i did not complete the work correctly. But i have some screen shots that shows the company is doing fake jobs . and a advocate is calling me to pay amount whose name is Raj Sharma ( Mob No.[protected]), Otherwise He will Issue a notice against me. Please Help me to resolve this problem. Plz

I got myself registered in quiker and instantly got emails for part time form filling and data entry jobs and got to know about this company called as prox and they asked me to start the work without investment, then they asked for my id proof. They gave me time of exactly 9 days for the completion of the work and the work load was 900 forms. I submitted the work on time and before giving the work they also told me that if my work was not apt then they would charge 4700 rupees (As registration fees). They told me to check the id to get to know if i have filled the forms correctly or not and then a message popped up saying that my qc is failed. Next morning i got rapid calls from their so called lawyer to pay the money (Registration fees and other amount 3000 which in total makes it 7700) or else they would take legal action against me. Please help me out sir as they are threatening me to pay more amount to provide noc otherwise they will take me to the court against various charges. They are harassing me very badly. If i would have the capacity to pay for their legal charges then why did i took the job in the first place. Please help me sir!!

I am one of the victims of the prox fraud

I got an email to start an online form filling and they will pay us money. They send me an agreement and afer agreement i started filings forms online but i also think that they are fraud. After reading agreement i was scared because they also write they can take legal action like thing. So i started filling form. Today i searched their address in google and i came to know that this is fraud company. So should i fill their forms or not and if they send me legal action like think which i know it is fraud so i just want to confirm that is it fraud or not.

Plz help me tell me what to do

My self Manoj Kumar jha worked online (Part Time) in www.ff.in website.
Company give online Form filling 900 @Rs.25/- per form and its time period given 9 days for complete form.
I had been complete form filling by same period.
My FROX ID IS C[protected].
Now its time to make payment but company refuse the payment.
I want to my payment against 900 Form filling.

I had got a online form filling work, they had taken all the details of mine, and send the agreement and other app for mobile. The work of typing has to be completed in 9 days, but i couldnt completed that, also i had asked for extension of time, so that i will complete my work. But they did not granted me time. Now they are making pressure for paying the amount, and saying about legal action. Please help.

Sir i have got a online form filling job by a company name prox they said that i have to fill 900 form in 9 days. I thought that i would be a good chance for me and i trusted them because i applied it from clickindia. But when i completed my task and i had checked it 2-3 time but after 1 day of my submission of work they said that my qc is failed and today 21 jan i got a mail from some chetan sharma who mailed me that i have to pay the company 15980 but as per the contaract with the company they said that if i fail i have to pay 4700. Please help me i thought it's fraud and i need help because the person chetan sharma threated me that legel chargers will be faced by me. Please help me

On 15.01.2019, i got an email mentioning the details of home based job which required me to fill 900 forms with at least 90% accuracy in 9 days. They promised to pay an amount of 25 rs. Per page. They also provided me with the agreement software with an agreement inside. They did not ask for payment details whatsoever. I kept asking for why they were not asking any details for payment purposes. To which they replied saying that this will be handled by the account department and that will be done after the final submission and after obtaining the qc report. I would request a compensation amounting to 4700 which they claimed to get from me if i could not complete the task assigned. I have invested a lot of time hard work and time in it and would want you to assure i get proper justice in this regard.
