I Ramesh M.Dave, age-74 years and my bhabhi namely-Ushaben S.Dave who was expired due to cancel but till date company didnt reply and not given refund of our deposits. Ihave already deposited the original certificate but I have not taken any refund amount What Can I do? and where I write or give a complaint..

I, BN Gundu Rao from Bangalore is also a victum among many depositors, who has lost Rs.10, 000 and so far the amount has not been refunded.

BUT THE REFUND IS DUE TO ME FOR THE ASSESSEMENT YEARS 0708 AND 0809.

I Manoj Sabharwal S/o Sh. O.S.Sabharwal invested RS.20000 in the name of my father in PRUDENTIAL CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. in 1996.Company gave us two post dated cheque of Rs- 10000/- each. At the time of maturity we contacted the company but found the company office closed in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Then contacted Kolcutta office but nobody was there, Company has not paid a single rupees till date. Concerned authority may please be help us or any advised for us.

I Mr. Ramesh Kumar Batra invested Rs. 10, 000 in Prudential Capital Market Ltd. in 1996 as Fully secured Bond. At the of maturity i have contact the company through the mode of Letter but i have not received any communication over the letter which i have send in the Year of 1998. Till the date there is no communication from the company's office.

Neither any news from the Liquidator of the govt. "' what is the position of payment related to Secure bonds issued by the Prudential Capital Markets Ltd.

Concerned authority may please help us or advise.

This refers to my above mentioned one and a half decade old investment with Prudential Capital Market Ltd. I find to my dismay and great shock that no communication was made from Prudential during these long agonizing years. Not a single payment was received. I am sure you will agree that my investment could have multiplied manifolds during these years. I am absolutely in the dark about the status of repayment schedule.
May I appeal to and seek redressal as well from SEBI, Company Law Board and Consumer forum for enforcing a strong measure against this menace of financial irregularities and to ensure a speedy repayment of invested amount to the small investors like me. Incidentally I need this money badly for my survival and medication.
I now look forward to hearing from you.
