Refund of fixed deposits

Sir, I deposited the following fixed deposit receipts to the company for refund of the principal amount. (1) RCM[protected] matured on 4/11/97 deposited to the company on 13/10/97. (2) RCM[protected] on 8/7/98 deposited to company on 24/9/98. (3) RCM[protected] matured on 10/9/98 deposited to the company on 24/9/98. But till this day I have not received a single amount of rupees. I am now more than 70 years old and having various health problems and need money for treatment. Please help me by refunding my money amounting to Rs.24000/- and interest (Rupees Twenty four thousand and interest).

Non refund of our 4 FDs amount

The refund of our four FD's dated 15/03/1997 each amounting to rupees 10, 000 and interest on them thereafter is still awaited from the above mentioned company, i.e., Prudential Capital Markets Limited. Please help refund the amount as soon as possible as it is needed for urgent medical expenses.

Requesting for a withdrawal of fixed deposit
Respected Sir/ Mam,
I Mr Bhaskara Rao Mula have a fixed deposit of 20, 000/-.
Date Of Deposit :[protected]
Maturity Date :[protected]
Deposit Receipt Number : HVZ[protected]
Unfortunately i couldn't withdraw the amount from your organization, due to lack of knowledge.
I kindly request you to please let me know the process of withdrawing the amount.

DEAR SIR/MADAM ,
MYSELF SHAILESH J GANDHI DEPOSITED RS.10000 IN MY AND MY WIFE'S NAME IN DECEMBER 1996 FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR IN THE ABOVE COMPANY..SO MANY YEARS HAVE PASSED THE COMPANY HAS NOT REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT.THE COMPANY IS SAID TO BE UNDER LIQUIDATION.TO MY SEVERAL LETTERS SENT...I ALREADY SENT MY ORIGINAL FD RECEIPT AND REQUIRD DOCUMENTS ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY SAID BUT THE COMPANY DIDNT PAID ME MY REFUND INSPITE OF MY SEVERAL TRIALS OF COMPLAINS. . . .

I Dattaram Sahdeo Warang age-76 years.I have already deposited original certificate but I have not taken any refund amount What can I do?and where I write or give complaint
I, BN Gundu Rao from Bangalore is also a victum among many depositors, who has lost Rs.10, 000 and so far the amount has not been refunded.
