I stay at aundh pune and part of the dp road has been reconstructed from parihar chowk to breman chowk under smart city project.
While this is a great initiative the entire design is flawed for the following reasons

non payment of property tax

Many society members are not paying property tax for years together why corporation is not taking harsh action against defaulters? Some of them have rented their flats and earning huge rent but not interested to pay tax, because corporation is not going to harm them at all.Time has come to wake and collect the details and take strong action...

I have property in pune But corporation gives me more property ta x since 2008.still i am not paid single rupee to corporation,because i am applying for correction of sq ft mistake from approx 814 sq ft to 500 sq ft on 2009.Also i am 2 times going to corporations Tax Adalat,but still they are not changing my tax i.e. sqft correction and giving me every year property tax to me with penalty.br...
