Puneonline florists are cheats, frauds... I paid approx Rs1300 for getting a cake & a set of flowers sent to my mom on her birthday & made it very clear that it needs to be deliverdd ay 7am. These unprofessional rascals delivered the cake at 8 pm in the evening with a set of dead stinking flowers... which turned a huge shame for me... Please ensure that these guys are barred from their services as they are NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONALS and they will surely be cheating more customers

This is to inform you that Pune Online Florist are the worst ever service providers I have come across. They promise many and deliver none. I had ordered for a birthday cake from them and it was never delivered irrespective of more than 100 followups. Ultimately they apologized for non-delivery and agreed to refund the money. It is now more than 15 days they have not yet paid my money back. May be I will need to make another 100 calls and scream at them for payment.

PLEASE BE AWARE WITH THIS PORTAL WHEN YOU DEAL. I WOULD SUGGEST DO NOT DEAL WITH PUNEONLINE FLORISTS.

Their call center hardly picks up phone. Very unprofessional team.

I have decided to go to consumer court and file a case against them for the losses, money wise as well as reputation which i lost since they could not deliver to my client.

I strongly agree with this.. they worst service providers. On their website they ad for special date, special time delivery and at the end of day what you get is frustration and mud on your face.

Really e-governance agency need to look into such fraudster site's and bang them ASAP.

PUNE ONLINE FLORISTS is the WORST online shopping/gifting website I've ever come accross. I gave them a second chance after they delivered my flowers at 8pm at night when I mentioned they need to go in the morning before 8am but they continued their horrible customer service record. On any occassion, we generally expect the flowers/gifts to be delivered at the start of the day but these unprofessional rip offs dont get it. On top of that, the '100 roses' bouquet I gifted had less than 50 roses in it. If there is any Consumer Protection Agency in India, they should really look into this. I'm never going to deal with these guys again and strongly recommend any new visitor to go to other competitors. Very dissatisfied.. Sid (Australia).

One more victim of this organization, I ever seen such worst service provider in my life around the world there is no coordination between Puneonlineflorists and there vendor in pune... Its simply WORST from booking order to delivery, horrible experience.. I will strongly suggest to ALL not do deal with such organization. Pune lady was so aggressive and not interested to listen such B****

It looks there is every month problem reported on this site and there are lot not at all aware to raise complaint so will suggest to stay away and goverment should BAN such organization.. Sam From London...

I ordered 1kg sweets and 1kg dryfruits for diwali with puneonlineflorist...and what i got delivered was cheapest quality/lowest priced sweets and hardly 250 gms of dryfruits..
Inspite of following up with customer care...no action was taken...
My diwali got spoiled and embarrassment we had to face for shoddy delivery can not be compensated...
pls do not order of this site..which only dupes people of money...

Pathetic experience. Worst online selling site :puneonlineflorists.com. Just now my 10-11 communication with them.Flowers had to be delivered on 24-03-13 and till today they cudnt.I askd to refund my money or replace with some meal voucportals flowers make no sense now today.But...I am already tired of having follow ups with them since morning today I haven't done any work or have food; I m pregnant and they have caused lot of agitation today to me.I experienced all of the above shared experiences.The call Center totally pathetic.Don't wanna think of it more for the health of my child.Please somebody teach them a lesson.Lady at the call center name : Debarit very rude and insensitive.

My order no. was PPOF[protected] and online communication enquiry id on their portal : CSDpu[protected] and[protected].

I don't expect money now but wanna get them a lesson taught so that they cannot further breach others.

Biggest mistake each time they called the recipient and revealed the gift surprise telling that they'll be reaching at what time etc. and never ever called me (the sender ).So foolish.
I wasted my precious money which we need badly these days ; just in order to give some surprise to my husband in my this condition and make his day a bit special from my side. But they totally spoiled it.
