We will be highly obliged if you can take out few minutes from your soo precious time (it has to be precious because it's been whole 32 hrs. of power cut, and no action has been taken) and look after this problem.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

irregular supply

This is a complaint against the tunda talab power house in Amritsar. The supply is irregular in the Gali Munshian whereas the supply is continue in the connected areas. In a day many times the problem of irregular supply is faced and there is no appropriate reply with the authorities. When we go to complaint they do not care of it. Please look into the matter and instruct the staff to do correction where required.
