automatically altering the bookings
We booked their Metrolink Volvo bus tickets from Pune to Mumbai last week.
The journey was at 7 AM at Wakad Pune.
For some reasons they cancelled the bus, which is all right, they might not have got enough passengers. However instead of asking what to do they directly re-booked us on 9 AM bus.
We might have had selected 7 AM keeping in mind need to reach Mumbai by 11 AM. This requirement was not considered by Purple Travels while rebooking us. They should have called us and checked our preference, else cancelled the booking and give us refund.

Hello, i've recently booked a ticket from. Kharghar to pune on 15th oct, 2018. I have boarded the bus no. Mh 14 bw 9661. My drop location was swargate. When we reached pune, they asked some passengers to get down near aundh and arranged a pick up van to shivaji nagar and station.. They asked the swargate passengers to be in the bus. When we reached kothrud, the bus driver asked us to get down. When checked with them, they said we have mini van to take u to swargate. But there was no mini van and they left us in the midway with nothing. Only 4-5 females were there. I had to book a pvt cab to get to my location. This is really unprofessional and one of the worst customer service you can ever give. The driver and helper was extremely rude and was not at all helpful.. They literally took the bus and vanished without even arranging for our drop. Thankfully, i was from pune and it was morning, so i managed. If it was odd hours and if the place was unknown anyone would have got stuck. I will think twice to even suggest purple to anyone now.

Purple metrolink staff is rude.. There is no proper response.. Yst while coming bck frm pune to mumbai... There was some engine issue.. And we where made to get down from bus.. On express highway.. Den it was promise to us that bus dey will send... One empty for 46 customer we are.. First bus came and there was nly plc of 20 of dem... Secnd only 3.. Aftrer waiting for 3 nd hlf hour at xpress highway on risk of our life.. We got the bus... There was repeated contaxt made by us and our family member but not a single empty bus was sended to us.. There was ignorance... Dey juat adjusted us on left over seats... I request all not to go for dis bus evr... Worst experience
