The maintenance services rendered by Purvanchal group in Silver City-2, greater Noida have been utterly poor and disgraceful. Thus it can easily be said that the builder has defaulted on his written commitment and breached the contracts signed with me. The maintenance money charged by him in no way justifies the services rendered to me and to others in this society. I present the following facts to support my case.
