And i have submitted the documents of mine and i have cancelled the work and the help line team said it okay there will be no problem and ur work has been canceled, after some days they called and demand 5200rupees or else they said they will file case on us please do take some strict action upon them they have put agreement but i have canceled the work and they said ur case has been filed and u have agreed for the the work but i have canceled the work please do help me and take strict action

Hi, i am imran khan. I was searching for part time jobs in quickr and applied for so many jobs. Then i got a call from maharashtra for form filling job and then they ask me for my address proof. Then i sent and created a agreement paper and also told me to say yes of all the questions when our company ask you for the job and i did the same. After getting my work, i called the person who called me first from the company. He didn't respond my calls so that i didn't start the work and then in august, company called me and ask me whether i completed the work or not and then demanding 5200rs. If don't pay then case filed against me. Then got a call from advocate sandeep sharma and told case will be file against me and now i got a text message that the case already filed. And also today got the same call and there was a female otherside and told me that they sent me 3 notices and i didn't respond. I got only one notice in the email. Again i got the call from there. Plz help me to escape from this.

This is to inform you that i am vinod singh, from uttarakhand. I was searching for part time job in quikr and applied for some data entry work. Then i got a call from m/s pv solutions, aurangabad, maharashtra for form filling job and then they ask me for my address proof. Then they sent me a agreement paper which has opened after otp sent by them which i have signed by me and also send by whatsapp my voters card photo for address proof for getting the job and they also told me to say yes of all the questions when verification department of our company ask you for the job and i did the same. On completion of the said date i completed my work and submitted the same. Now their mobile numbers were turned off and then after 2 days their lawyer (Shubham aggarwal, contact number [protected]/[protected]) called me and said that i have not submitted the work, then i again send the pdf (The work i have done). Then they send me the qc report in which the errors are not matching with the work i have done. Now they are threatening me to pay the amount of rs 5200 through their lawyer (Shubham aggarwal). When i asked for the company cin number to verify the company they again started threaten me to pay the amount otherwise they file a case against me.

I will not give any payment to them by fear of etc.

Please do the needful and proper investigate against them.

Pv solutions company called me and they said data entry jobs are available so they sent me some emails that i should sign in the agreement i got to know about this company that it is fraud after signing in, so i sent email that i'am not interested to perform this because they sent after i signing in that we should pay a penalty if we dint complete a job within a given period of time so now they are sending mails that i have to pay them a fine.

I am thirumurugan i am working in an private company. I had applied part time job in quikr i received a call from a person regarding job on july 31 from the number:[protected] he told me to say yes while they ask question then i received a call from another number on behalf of pv solutions she ask me few question and describe the job and from the above mobile number i got call and he told me send me your id proof to continue the job i sent my scanned voters id copy to the mail id [protected]@gmail.com after 1 day the want me to tell the otp which have been sent to your mobile id i refused to say the otp (Google account & agreement) received. Then no calls for days. By the day 14.08.2019 around 11 am a person called mayuri joshi with number [protected] that he was an advocate that i didnt do the job what they have given, for ur refernce sir i didnt receive any mail regarding job, taken any job from them &didint signed any agreement. But they charged me a case for not doing the job. And he added that if i want to releave from this issue i have to pay rs.5200 otherwise case will be filed and threatned me by today around 2.45 pm. A message came that i have been filed for case on internal legal proceedings i didnt signed any agreement for doing job. I have attached the screenshot for your reference then i searched in internet regarding pv solutions for the peoples who applied for online job they are using this trick to get money from them by charging case.. My name is alby and i am filing this complaint against pv solutions. I have searched many jobs on quikr and after searching some of them i got a call from kalyani.. I have applied on pv solutions it's a kind of job of form filling in which i have to fill up to 1000 forms and they will pay me 20000 rupees in 10 days after applying on the job i have got the verification mail in which they have sent me a legal agreement in which they are demanding of 5200 rupees if i am not able to complete the task within 10 days so i did my work and they say qc report has failed.... After googling and searching about the company i realised that the company is fake i have called to that company and told them that i am not able to pay them... Another person called n said that it's their lawyer and should pay the penalty. They made fake agreement too. I got calls from 3 numbers and asked me to pay money. Each time the cash keeps on increasing. I don't know what to do. So for security and for insurance i am filing this complaint in indian consumer forum that in future if the company forces me to pay the amount then i will get help from you

My name is anurag chatterjee, i got a call from 'pv solutions' on 13/8/19, from an agent by the name of 'priyanka verma' promising me a very interesting part time job, and since i'm a student and could use the money, i showed my compliance. She stated that ill be given 1000 forms and if i would finish them, i will get 20000inr but 5200inr will be deducted from it for registration fees.

I agreed after being misled to thinking it's only to be paid from the salary i earn from them. She registered my name to the company, and said i would get a call asking if i understand and all i had to say was yes, and then sent me emails and agreements, on reading which, i realized that they could demand and blackmail for money even if i dint get a salary. Hence i looked here and found that it was a fraud and have realized that i will be blackmailed for the 5200inr, whether i do work or not. Ever since i found this out i called all the numbers i had so that i could refuse work, but none picked up.

I am putting this complaint up her for security and insurance against this fraud which has caused me great psychological imbalance in just a matter of 24 hours.

It is very important that such organizations be stopped from further preying on desperate job hunters in this age o[censored]nemployment.

Sir, i an sharmila i have got a call from a lady on 27 july 1019 she asked whether i am interested in working an online job. I said yes and she asked my proof for verification process i also send that through mail. And when she send the terms and conditions i was shocked about penalty and i said i am not interested and she said ok after the she sended some acceptance letter which she created with my aadhar without my knowledge and i called her several times she has not replied now before 2 days i am getting emails and messages that they have filed a case and i have to pay them 8200 rs i asked them i have not signed any documents they said i have to pay then only i can be relieved what to do sir i do no how to handle please take immediate action so that no one should suffer like me

I am Anusha. I am a House wife looking for part time work on quikr, I received a call from Ms.Saina, her number is [protected] one of the employee of the company for work from home opportunity wherein i've to complete form filling within 10 days with 90% accuracy. They tricked me in and asked me to send my details of voter id card through whatsApp number [protected] and they used it for creating an agreement without my consent. And they created a ID and password in gmail and told me to open the same. When I opened the id, saw a legal agreement and acceptance letter which was created by company without my consent. The same day we mailed to them that Iam not willing to work with them and asked them to cancel the ID created by them and called them and told the same the number is [protected]. But they deliberately called me and they allotted me the work. But i’ve not yet logged in to that ID. Five days back I’ve received a message that they’ve filed a case against me in that I have to pay a penalty of Rs.5200/- and they called from an advocate number and threaten me that they will file a criminal case against me and report to police station. I got a PDF of legal notice in whatsApp and in which Rs.3000/- is added in addition to the above amount as legal charges. Also they threatened me to file a case under section 420 and 406.Now after researching about the company no such company with name pv solutions exist i figure out it`s a scam. Moreover, I did not give any consent or approval for the work and without my consent they had created the agreement and my login id. When i called them and messaging so many times they are non responsive. Also, the date on the promissory note is mentioned as of 6th may 2019.
I checked the agreement and they used the same Judicial stamp paper with the same serial number to other persons also who also filed the complaint in this forum.. So I am filing this complaint as a safety measure. I kindly request the forum please help me to cancel the agreement and the gmail id created by them and sort out the issue, so that no payment to be made to them and also they stop cheating other people.

I got the form filling job from the pv solutions maharashtra.
The job was to fill 1000 forms in 10days where they provide a login id and password for login online. The job was so difficult than i thought but i should submit my work within the date otherwise i've to pay them 5200 rs as a charge.
If i submit my work and get 90% accuracy then they promised me to give 14800 rs after taking 5200 from my salary.
So they make me sign some papers through online registration.
Now i've submitted my work by working day in and out. Now they have locked my id and they are asking to send a qc report to them. But j can't download that without login to account but they have already locked.
Now they have send a pdf that i have failed to submit my work and have to pay 5200 rs in their bank account.
That is they got all the work i ve done and no salary for me and moreover i've to pay them 5200 rs. Please take it seriously

I (Ehtesham Uddin Siddiqui s/o Mr Kamal Uddin Siddiqui) want to submit the statement that I got a call from PV SOLUTIONS on 07/8/2019 and they said that they were providing home based form filling job, and they asked me whether I was interested or not. I said yes, then they asked me to send the copy of my Aadhar Card and two passport size photos of mine I sent them to [protected]@gmail.com. After some time I received a call and the girl told me that the company would call me for conformation and all I had to say was 'Yes'. And I did the same. After that they sent me a pdf containing an agreement that says that I have to pay 5200 if I didn't complete the work in the given amount of time. They never mentioned that previously. They called me today as well in the same order in which they had called me yesterday and asked me to start working but I told them that I would start working on 16/08/2019.

I searched the google for this company and found news related to the scam that they try to blackmail people to get money.

I checked my agreement with the other one they sent to the people who had filed the complaint and it matches the same stamp paper number. So I may surely conclude that they are fraud.
Now I don't want to work for them and I am really going to be threatened by them so I want to file this complaint as a safety measure.

This is me pramod talwar (Not real name) from delhi. I got a call yesterday on 10:40 am from pv solution mobile number [protected] name priya jaiswal and she explained easy way to work from home no registration charge for starting work but will deducted 5200 from your 20000 payment of 1000 forms. I said ok. Just after she put the phone another call from [protected] asked do you have laptop and internet? I said yes. She disconnect the call and within few minutes number of agreement has been sent to my email address. I read all and asked priya jaiswal through whats app. Earlier she requested me to send pic of aadhar card. She didn't see the messege. After few hours i got number of licence agreements where it has written 'if work is not done by any reason you should pay 5200.'
I can't stop myself and again asked to priya jaiswal but she didn't respond. With that i sent email to all the receiver where from the agreement was came to my inbox saying 'i am not agree with the agreement. I don't want to do.' no response from anywhere. Till the moment i thinked that something is wrong. So i checked company profile and everything. Not such company was in india.

Today i have received a call this morning from [protected] and a ladies voice told me that check your inbox.. Assignment.. Something.. I said listen me i have disagreement regarding the agreement. But she disconnect call saying contact to the helpline if any problem.

I have checked email but no any assignment was sent. I again sent email to the helpline and overall email address wherefrom the emails i got.

Still i am shouting i'm not agree with the agreement contract whatever they prepare within few seconds without my consent. I am sute they will definitely follow me to earn 5200 from me. What should i do? Who listen to me. Pv solution forcefully operating scam on the name of work from home.

I am tanchok subba and i am from west sikkim. Recently i was called to do online data entry job as i had uploaded my profile in quiker seeking for data entry job and they made an agreement without my concern and i was threatened because i have to pay 9500 rs if do not finish it on time. I worked so hard and their helpline number also does not respond.in future they might threaten me i'm very worried please help me. I completed half of the work & tried to contact many times their helpline number but they don't respond... Even a single time. I am very worried please help me..

On 18 july 2019, i got a call from a i network captcha project operative under the name of i network located at maharashtra offering me data entry job. Rupali sharma offered 20000 inr for filling 1000 forms within a time duration of 10 days. Rupali sharma asked for my voter id/aadhar card. I sent them my aadhar card. They said that they would give me a call to see if i was fit for the job, an interview of sorts, and that i was supposed to to say yes. I did it.
I was not informed about any liability fee if failed to complete the job within the given time frame. All i was informed that if failed to do the job no payment would be made to which i had agreed.
Upon confirmation they sent me a pdf agreement which contained my digital signature. I did not submit any signature nor i was informed about it. The agreement is itself dated very old may and june. There was no mention of the agreements and the terms mentioned beforehand and there is no date mentioned in agreement when agreement should be started and finished.
I started the work but i was skeptical so i googled about the companies and came across tonnes of complaints accusing the company of fraud/misleading and blackmailing for money. Seeing this i did no further work.
For upcoming 10 days i network didn't contact me by any means whatsoever.
Now i am getting calls and messages apparently from one adv. Suman aggrawal. Also i am getting messages under the name hplegald threating me to pay up inr 5200 or i would have to face legal action causing me loss of money and time. Also they threatened me to file a case under section 420 and 406. So, i have paid the money 5200 for penalty that they have said. They are telling that now you should pay 15500 has a cancellation charges for agreement. I have sent 15500 rupees by fear of them. And when i sent them that money also then they call me and said sir we are closing your file and we need your signature you can by digitally and you have to pay 9000. I have no money already i borrowed 15500 from my friend to paid them. My account is zero i am full of fear then i searched in internet and i got this website. Sir please help me, it is afraud company. I am from poor family. Please register complaint to refund my money. Hoping you to solve this problem now i am getting calls from adv.
