I worked with them about an year ago for form filling job. I was unable to complete my task. Therefore i was charged a penalty of 5-7k. There after i was again charged 10k for not completing the work. After few months they again took 11k for closing my case but now again im getting call for giving them 12k so that they wont file a court case against me.
Im being harrassed for paying the charges or they will charge some case and send the documents at my residence.
Please help

Eventhough i am paying amount when ever they want now dtdc courier person is calling that i received a courier from my home town. I dont what i want to do please could you resolve my problem please... I am so much pressure please could you do it for mee.. What can i do right now nearly i paie 70000 when ever pw enterprise ask. Continous calls from. Advocate again asking for payments. Please resolve my problem.

Pw enterprise is asking for money stating that you need to pay 2 lakhs rupees as well as there is a complaint registered under your name and if you want to settle in court it will cost you 2.5 lakhs and if you want to register outside court it will cost you 25 thousand and this has been charged as the work has been not completed.

This is utter # first the company will offer you work and then they will charge you for not completing the work as well as there was no kind of communication neither no on e contacted through email nor phone.

So team i need your help in resolving this issue as they are unnecessarily harassing us.

Everyday they asked for the payment for not completing my work. They threat me alot. Please could solve my problem. If the amount is not paid they said that it gonna be a legal case you have to attend in the court of maharashtra and paid the legal charges. The charges was in lakhs.. Please solve my case as soon as possible i am not concentrate on my work also.

Hi, i registered in this company in dec 2018.. After reading the reviews here i decided to quit. They told me to pay 7800 and issued a letter which said due clearance and termination. Today an advocate calls me asking for 3500 more. It was very unpleasant speaking to that man. He was threatening that otherwise by the end of eleven months i would hv to pay 160, 000 as the 11 month salary the company had promised in the letter. I told him my name is terminated in their server as per the agreement clause since i already paid7800and hv the letter with me. He said there’s another letter of case withdrawal that i must get from them to close the agreement. I don’t understand why we get trapped in all this. Kindly, help resolve this case. We can’t waste money and energy on frauds like this. Please, help.

I'm madhu from telangana. Iam a degree 1st year student. To earn my pocket money i searched in some sites and posted in the sites as a job seeker.
Then the call came from pw enterprise and said they are offering the job. They told me send the aadhar card in mail, i sent my aadhar card to the mail which they are given.
After some time they sent one mail and said to open the mail and they told to click on the sign agreement to receive an otp without telling any information about agreement. Next day morning they sent me an id and password in the mail.
I opened the work load with my i'd and password and there i didn't find any data, i found only mixed letters which is hard to type and which will irritate the people to type...
I sent a mail to the company as i can't do that work, they asked me to pay 4900 for workload and 2900 for id cancellation.. I paid 7800 on 30 january 2019 and again a message came from btlegald on 23 february 2019 as i have to pay the sum of rs 18950/-.. The advocate forcing me to pay the18950/- otherwise he said that an hard copy will send to your residence address then you have to pay the sum of rs 2, 00, 000 in the court..
Please help me how can i get out of this...

And said. And pay 8920 rs do. I said. But pw enterprises not given me any id passvrd. I will be not pay the dors. Sourabh shah said. You will be at the case. You shall house can send the notic. Can you shall be more pay the money in court. But in agreement it clearly mentions that i[censored] fails to submits or failed to complete the assignment in given time then you will pay the 4900 rs in said agreement... I am registered to pw enterprises for signed agreemtnt on 24th january 2019 after that i will provide 1500 forms to do in 16 days of given time with 90% accuracy with 1350 forms having correct. But i failed to submit the given assignment on time and company call me for paying the amount said in agreement and i have pay the said amount of 10500 rs mentioned in agreemtnt on 11.2.2019 to their advocate arush shukla after that arush shukla send me the receipt of payment. After completing my work i submitted the work. 19th february 2019 they send me the report and says my qc report is fail.. Before submission i had checked all file twice and found every file correct. Now they says it is wrong... But i know very well all the files are correct. Now please help me to get me back my 10500 money or my sallery.
This is my humble request from consumer complain forum to solve my problem and take legal action against so that no other people be cheated.
Please solve my problem as i am jobless and belong from poor family.

I signed an agreement with them, 1500 form fillings within 15days. I had not completed on time, later asked for extension. They told me to pay rs.7800 for extension, i believed and paid, they had said 15 days extension but i got only 10days. So before last date i asked them to give extension which they had not given. So they asked to pay rs.7800 more for it and both the paid amount will be refunded along with the salary if i gave 90% accuracy (1350 correctly filled forms) so again paid rs.7800 extra and again i didn't get extension as they said. I need my hard earned rs.15600 + rs.8000 for wasting my time and money. Please help me out with this. Hope this is the right place for consumer to complaint.
Even my friends did the same job, few didn't complete and paid money, few where about to complete and last date was cut down. This is a fraud company, please help me out.

Yes...!! It is a fraud company...!! These people are just making business on taking advantage of how unemployed people are, and taking advantage of youths..!! I am also an addition to it...!! My forms were stopped or closed just 1 day before of submission... N they mailed me saying, they would extend for 5 to 6 dayz on paying 5000rs and then will give me d salary...!! On rejecting it.. Some foolish fellow called me saying he was a lawyer...!! Damn as if i really give a damn... Bring it on.. I[censored] hold such guts on cheating people.. U really think i will give my parents hard earned money for ur # company... Nope i won't... First off all ur company doesn't have an official website... And dat fake lawyer calls in some other fake id name... U think people are dumb to fall for ur hoex...!! Better u people stop harassing people and just stop haunting them

Since i have been unemployed for a long time i started the work but mid way realised this is a fake company. I haven’t been working for a year and when i saw the pw enterpruse is offering wfh at such reasonable rates i blinding jumped in this and they gave me submission date as 10th february, 2019 and locked my profile before that and are now asking me to pay for not completing the work. I am unemployed and don’t even have that money to pay them. Please if you could help me out of this.

I got call from pw enterprise. That they will 15000 for filling form. There employee said to tick on agreement and said i will tell all the process. When i ticked a agreement was on email. Then i send a email to quit then they started to ask money. And after 15 days they send me 2 -3 email for legal action. Please help me because i am not wrong here. And they are forcing for the legal action

I want to complaint against the fraud st bpo service. Online data entry. They have asked to sign an agreement as per that we have to complete 1500 forms for 15 days if not done we have to pay 4900 to them. I asked them i can't do the job. Then they asked me to pay 7800 otherwise they will proceed legally. Now sanjay patel naming himself as advocate is calling me and forcing me to pay the money if not done. They will take action.
Help me sir i belong to a poot family i can't pay this much sum.

They have given the work and not give salary to people.. And they give me the work and sign the agreement but the site was not opening after 12 days they mailed me that you have to pay the money otherwise it will be legal and will chargh on you.. And now the advocate rakesh jadhav is calling me again n again to give the money otherwise present in the court n all he is saying to me.. N send me the legal notice on my residence n al.. They have my adhar card thats y they doing this.. They are very bad people.. N i m very depressed by them because they harrasing me n troubling me so much and i m in a very big tension because of this i hospitalised from 4-5 days bcz of them.. I am a fresh job seeker and got a call from the pw enterprises for work at a home part-time job for filling 1500 forms in 15days. I registered in this and started working after some days i got to know that this is a fraud company. I wanted to cancel but they did not cancel my work. After 15 days now they are forcing me to pay money or else they are gonna take legal action against me. They are sending me messages from fake advocates and threatening me. The company address is fake and a person with this number [protected] called me saying he is an advocate and wants me to pay the money otherwise the company will proceed legally.
In google, i found out that many paid money falling for this scam, with the help of my friend i got to know that the company is fake and decided not to pay money.

I am santosh i had taken a work from this fraud pw enterprise company whose does not have his own website also it hiring by the glassdoor.com and this company is demanding 7750 rs respectively and agreement says when you doesn't complete your work you have to pay 4750 rs but making a call and demanding me now 7750 rs and when i saw this consumer complaints so i realised that here so many peoples like me they have also victim. So i am decided that i wont pay to him single money so please take legal action against this company as soon as possible because unemployed skilled persons are seeking work for their bread and butter and like these people making a fraud company and cheating to thousand people by threating a legal action.

I am a student and got a call from the pw enterprises for work at home part time job for filling 1500 forms in 15days. I registered in this and started working after some days i got to know that this is a fraud company. I wanted to cancel but they did not cancelled my work. After 15 days now they are forcing me to pay money 7550 or else they are gonna take legal action against me. They are sending me messages from fake advocates and threatening me. Then i pay 7550 after that he claim to pay 15000 for next work or pay 12960 for cancel it. The company address is fake and a person with this number [protected] called me saying he is advocate and wants me to pay the money otherwise the company will proceed legally.

I searched and applied on clickindia for online form filling jobs to help my friend who is unemployed engineer. (7/1/19) i got a call from isha wani from pw company offering me a part time job of filling 1500 forms within 15 days for 20 rs per form. She told me that you must have to submit 1500 forms. You must have to achieve cut off (I. E.1350 correct forms), payment per form - rs.20, if interested send email id and any one document, aadhar card or voter id or driving license for registration and agreement process. I sent my aadhar card img details 17.01.2019 & i have agreed to all their terms and conditions that if failed to do their work i need to pay rs.4900 as some registration fees or penalty charges. After some time i got a confirmation call from another different number but it showed that it is spam reports on truecaller and i asked isha wani about that it is true or fake she said that it is true. Then i told not interested for me and sent liscence agreement and asked signed agreement but after that i didn't receive any call or email even that actual form filling work mail itself from them and i thought they left it as i am not signed the agreement. And i also kept silent. But yesterday they sudddenly they called me today from rahul parmer who is called himself as a legal advocate of pw enterprise and asked me to pay penalty charges of rs 7550 which is higher than 4900 which they said before in the terms and conditions and also they said that i need to pay penalty otherwise then company will take legal action against you. I clearly said that i didn't receive any work mail or call from your company for the work. Also i completed only my registration. But didn't start the work. So i can't pay the penalty amount but they are threatening me and said that its my fault and i need to check the spam folder in email. And they are threatening me that they have a proof against me. But i said i am ready to face the legal action against me. They also filed a case against me. Case number: 67145319. Just now i searched for how to face the court case at all as it is the first case filed against me and i was severely shocked that there are already many people in this trap and got some faith in me when i saw that some people got resolved the issues. If i have know this before registration, i could not do this foolishness. But i did. Also if they are genuine, they should use one constant mail for these works. But they didn't do that. I confirmed now that pw enterprise is a fraud company. Now really i confirmed it is fraud. Really i don't know what to do now. Also i attached the screenshot of the conversation that had with pw enterprise company. Plz help me. I did not physically sign in any documents. I can't pay penalty without making any mistakes. I am requesting please help me to escape from this money trap. Plz help me.

(2/1/19) i got a call from pw company ([protected]) offering me a part tym job of filling 1500 forms within 15 days. She told me that you must have to submit 1500 forms. You must have to achieve cut off (I. I sent my aadhar card img details 02.01.2019 & i have agreed to all their terms and conditions that if failed to do their work i need to pay rs.4900 as some registration fees or penalty charges. After some time i got a confirmation call then i told i'm not interested for this work but they forced me to do their work or pay penalty charges otherwise then company will take legal action against you. So i do the work but there work was full of errors and in letters so i decided not to work nd told them on call. They now adking to pay 12000 to close the case or 85 thousabd for legal action. My friend completed their tast but whst he fid and what they checked were differnt forms.. Fake company taking

I wanna say about the company btpo services or they call themselves pw enterprises from latur maharashtra. This company first call me for a job of filling online forms around 1500 in 15 days. On that time i want to pay my college fees so i started doing the work later when i checked this site online then i got to know that they are fraud so i stopped doing the work right there because i know if anyhow i completed the work they won't pay me. Now they are sending me notices from advocates. And asking me to pay the fine... How i will pay the fine i don't even have money to pay my college fees i really want to get over this. They are saying reply us within 2 days otherwise they will send notice to my residence. Plz help me i am not in condition to pay the fine plz help me somehow they are blackmailing me

Maine clickindia website pe online jobs ke like search kiya to mujhe call aaya jisme kaha gaya ki data entry work hai jisme aapko 15 din me 1500 forms bharne honge maine kaha thik hai to unhone meri ek id mangi to maine apna aadhar card de diya. Maine is company ke baare me jaane ke liye online search kiya to already kaafi fraud complain the to maine unke sare numbers block karke ingore kar diya. But mujhe aaj kis advocate suman ka call aaya hai jisme usne bola ki aapne work nahi kiya hai isiliye aapko payment karni padegi. Ya fir aapko legally face karna padega mujhe pata hai ki ye scame hai but baar baar call aana irritating hai please help me.

I have worked for pw enterprise for form fill up work. I have completed my all for within time period and submitted.

I have submitted for quality check and received report as qc fail.

It is totally fraud with me. Both forms are totally different what i have submitted and mentioned in qc report. I have attached both screen shot here.

They have mention some different form in qc report and asked me to pay money as i am failed to complete work.

I have submitted 1500 from so i would like to request to get my money as i have submitted 1500 form successfully.

Helpline number given :[protected]. Previously it was working but now saying this is wrong number.
