I gave applied for Online form filling job of 1500 forms in 15 days.But when I searched on the net about the company and work, I have found that the company is fraud.Then I stopped working.Then I got a call from advocate one day and he told me to pay 12509 Rs as legal fine.I am really scared now and I am a first year BA Studnet. I dont have money to pay them and I also belong to poor family .Now I again received a mail in which it is written that they are sending hard copy of legal notice to my address.I know this company is fake but they have filed a case against me.
Therefore I kindly request Consumer Complaint Forum to solve my issue.I am not in a position to do anything.

pw enterprise threatening me that a case of under 3 sections has been registered and asking for 12400

I would like to inform you that i took an online form filling work (1500 forms @rs. 20/form) from pw enterprise, latur, maharashtra, india dated 4/1/2019. As per them the work should be submitted on 22/01/2019. I could not completed the work and submitted because before also I told them as I have apple laptop so their job login link was not opening.
At the time of work i face many technical issues and called the concern person for help. They didn’t respond the call. The helpline number generated by them was also switched off whose information was sent by me to prachi desai contact number by message, but she didn’t take any action to help me.
no technical support was given to me during my problem so this is company fault and liability to pay the due amount to me.
On 22/01/2019 i receive a call from there legal adviser Rohit Sharma who asked my opinion about the payment. As i acquaint him about all problem faced by me before and after submission of work, rather analyzing my complain he mail me a legal notice to my maid id for payment of rs. 12, 000/-. The copy of legal message he sent me today is attached below.
This is my humble request from consumer complain forum to solve my problem and take legal action against so that no other people be cheated.
Please solve my problem as i am jobless and belong from poor family and having no money to pay to them.
If no action is taken regarding my complain i will mail my complain with all detail to every media house.

they forced me to pay 4600 for not completing their work
Sir i got a work of form filling through them after some days I face a problem
and want to make contact with them but they don't receive call or many times call not conntected but today I received a mail and phone call from a person named Vishal Patel saying that he is advocate and said to pay 4600 with in 30 minutes other wise he will take legal action to me
And said that he will filed case in court

Mam as you told me that my problem has been resolved and no further call or any legal action will be taken by them so i like he inform you that i receive a message yesterday in the message they had said that a case has registered under section 420 and section 406. All the charges registered against me is resolved and i will not receive and call or message from them any more, nor any legal action will be taken against me further.

Pw enterprise forced to pay rs 7600. They call me and black mail me evry time. They dont care about my situation and forced me to pay the ammout. I am just a student. I cant pay the ammount. Sir/madam,
I have a regular job but due to extra financial need for repayment of home loan, i was looking for a part time and home based job recently. Last month i received a phone call from mobile number [protected] on 28/12/108 from sh. Sandeep patel who informed me about an online part time job of form filling @ rs 20/- per form in a maharashtra based company viz, pw enterprise with its registered office at 605 suman apt, khergam road, latur, maharashtra and send me brief work details by email. I agreed for the work and submitted a copy of aadhar card and pan card as identity proof. Without prior discussion, he send me the digitally signed agreement. Thereafter on 29/12/2018 i received a call verification letter in which it was mentioned that in case work was not submitted or failed then you have to rs. 4900/-. Also 1500 forms were sent for filling within 15 days till 14/01/2019. After going through the digital documents i tried to contact the helpline on 02/01/2019 to discuss some of the problems related to the work viz, many a times data could not be saved as there was no save button and needed to be re typed and instructions regarding downloading of pdf file mentioned in call verification letter but no reply received from the company. A helpline no. [protected] was provided in the email response which was disconnected without giving proper information. Due to doubtful project, i stopped working on the project after filling of 374 forms. Now i am receiving calls from legal advisor of the company to pay rs. 15, 990/- else action under section 420 and 406 would be initiated against me.
Kindly help me in this regard. The said company is a fraudulent one and has cheated me by not replying to my queries raised during the period and by demanding money. I am not in a position to pay any penalty which is not due. I needed a part time job of 1-2 hrs daily to pay instalments of the home loan that i have borrowed from a bank. Without any logical reference and justification, the company adviser, sh. Sourab shah (Mobile number [protected]) has send me the bank details to deposit rs. 15, 990/- by 5 pm on 16/01/2019. On 17/10/2019 at 14:23 hrs received threatening call from a so called senior advocate from telephone number [protected] with warning to file a case of defamation against me under section 499. Today i. E on 18/01/2019 also i received another threatening call from the senior advocate of the company.
Kindly help me in resolving the matter. All relevant documents have been attached.

pw enterprise- demanding me to pay money

On 21 dec 18, i (Mukhtar ahmad kumar) was a promised for a earning oppurutity online for free, now they are demanding money in name of legal action and extension of work.
The company agent told me at that time the job we are givung is totally free, if you complete this work you will get rs 30000 per month and the service fee would be 4900 which we will deduct from your salary, but i told them i am not interested in your work then, the agent told me to cancel your work but provide your aadhaar details and your mail id so that we will provide you work when you will feel ready for the job i agreed but the company is now mailing me to pay the dues or else we will register case against you. But i have never called them for the work from then upto till date.
Please help me to solve this problem

As i am unemployed and was searching for job. So i got in contact with pw enterprise on 15/1/2019. They contacted me by calling me on my mobile number. They offered me work from home job by giving online 1500 forms and i have to fill correct forms minimum upto 1350. They told me that i have to fill all the forms through their provided link which they gave me after registration. And they offered me 20 rs. Per form for filling. And in their agreement they had mentioned that if i m not able to complete the task on time or i am not achieving the accuracy of 90% than i would have to pay 4900 rs. I agreed the conditions as i needed immediate job beacause my families poor financial condition. After registration they gave me id and password and told me to login in their provided link. But i am not able to login to the account provided by them. I contacted many no. S through which they contacted me for complaining the issues. But no one was able to handle my problem. I told them you have given me limited time of 15 days and my time has started as i have done the registration but they were not able to provide any me any solution and my total day wasted. I requested them a lot to give me the solution but they were not giving me any response. And now after researching about this company on your website i came to know that this company is fraud. I am totally afraid and nervous now. Please help me. I would have paid them money if i was not able to complete the task but the thing is i have not yet started the work. And i have to escape from their agreement and all things as they are scammed. Please do some legal action on such scammers. I request you to get me out of this problem. I and my family cant such a big amount. I am requesting you to help me because they are also going to torture me same as like earlier people whom they frauded. I am a student and got a call from the pw enterprises for work at home part time job for filling1500 forms in 15days. I registered in this and started working after some days i got to know that this is a fraud company. I wanted to cancel but they did not cancelled my work. After 15 days now they are forcing me to pay money10, 000 or else they are gonna take legal action against me. They are sending me messages from fake advocates and threatening me. Please help me out in this.

As per them at the time of submission i will get one pdf file which to be sent to helpline mail id, but no pdf file was generated, nor did they inquire for pdf. Instead of paying me rs.30, 000/- they are forcing me to pay rs. 10, 000/- as penalty because as per them my qc report is failed. Before submission i had checked all file twice and found every file correct.

As i acquaint him about all problem faced by me before and after submission of work, rather analyzing my complain he mail me a legal notice to my maid id for payment of rs. 10, 000/-. The copy of legal notice is attached with this mail for your kind perusal.
This is my humble request from consumer complain forum to solve my problem and take legal action against so that no other people be cheated.
Please solve my problem as i am jobless and belong from poor family and having no money to pay to them.
If no action is taken regarding my complain i will mail my complain with all detail to every media house, cmo office maharashtra, sp of latur and pmo office new delhi for help.

Complaint marked as Resolved I receive a call from consumer complain helpline department. They inform me that they they had made a call to company and settled the problem. They inform me that no further call will come form company side. They also inform me that neither any further legal action will be taken from the company side nor I have to pay the demanded amount.

Dear sir,
I have been contacted by an employee from pw enterprise, (Office at 605 suman apt, khergam road, latur, maharashtra) for online form filling job before a few days; claiming to provide a part time based form filling job where one will be provided with a total of 1500 forms which has to be filled with an accuracy of 90% in 15 days time without any initial registration fee. They repeatedly called me and convinced me to join stating that; its a simple job which takes only 2-3 hours per day and can easily be finished during free time. I already mentioned them that i am a working person and i have limited spare time. So on mutual agreement they sent me an agreement and provided an otp to enter on their site and said that it was for signature ; thereafter started the work on 26th december 2018. After starting the work and even working for more hours a day, i was unable to complete the work as expected. After multiple attempts only i could involve in a telephonic conversation with them in this regard. They were obstinate about the time line and asked me to pay utility fee of rs.7800 for extending the work to 7-10 days; which they claim to refund at a later stage if i complete my work with the prescribed accuracy. I requested them to deduct the charges from my payment which they have agreed to pay (Rs.20/ form deducing their utility charges of rs.4900), but they didn't agree for it and replied that if i didn't make the payment, then they shall take legal actions against me and i'll be charged for all the expenses regarding that. Since i'm not in a position to make any payment and unsure about the authenticity i didn't make any payments. Kindly look into the issue and guide me. Expecting a prompt reply.

Complaint marked as Resolved So far I haven't received any positive response from the company ('PW Enterprise') rather than threatening calls and emails. Two days after registering the complaint with consumercomplaints.in, I was contacted by their helpline inquiring about my issue in detail. I am so glad that after submitting the information (mail id and mobile no.), my issue was considered and initiative was taken to resolve it and I was assured that, hereafter I won't be troubled by PW Enterprise regarding the same. If, by chance, I may receive any, then I will be given assistance.
Henceforth I didn't receive any calls or mails from PW Enterprise.
Thank you for your prompt service and expecting the same in future.

I am a student and last year i was in desparate need of job and then PW enterprise contacted me to get a job and have around 30k salary for filling 1500 forms in 15 day I visited consumer complaint and I decided to quit i told them and now they are threatening me that they will sue me and i have to visit criminal court for settlement.I am a student i have no money they are asking me 10500 for it i didn't do anything wrong and now they say it i breached contract they even said they recorded my call without me notifying.Please save me i don't have any money

I registered to pw enterprise as i was in desparate need of a job they said they would give me 30k as salary and all i need to do i have to fillup 1500 forms in 15 days before i start the job i got information it was a scam and i stopped working. Now they are threatening me to take legal actions against me and i have to pay 10500 to them as compensation. What should i do please advice me and protect me. I am innocent and did nothing. T hey are blackmailing me please help me.
