I have ordered a bag from this website. It has been more then 3 or 4 months but stil there is no information about it. After ordering they deleted their website and i need my 1k back. I tried my best to contact them but i failed. I just want my sum refunded and even if you cannot refund then please at least catch the owner of this fraud website so that other people won't fall a prey to it....

I placed an order on feb 22 and they said i'll receive next notification when product is dispatched. But i have not received any updates not the products and it has been over 2 months now! I even tried contacting them via their specified mail address.
Please suggest what to do and also if i'll ever receive the order or will i receive refund for the same.

As per the delivery policy of pynkvilla, the product should reach the customer within 20-45 days excluding the weekends. I never received any updates and its been 4 months now. Ordered the shoe online paid the amount to chintan mehta via payu. Got a confirmation mail and the product has not beens delivered as yet. They do not reply to emails or on any other platform. Its a scam and they need to be sent to jail.
My order was confirmed by a conformation mail and my order number was pv8239, though i have lodged a police complaint action in the matter is awaited, i jus want to bring it to the notice of others...

I ordered a product from pynkvilla and they never delivered it. Didn't respond to emails and when contacted on instagram to enquire about placing bulk order, they immediately responded. Lately they have removed their website and instagram page amd there is no way to track them. Id suggest not to make any online payment. Later on i found out through internet that they have been duping people and alot of them were fooled this way. They responded...

Before one month i ordered a phone case and paid through phonepe to pynkvilla.com! Extra 70rs. For fast delivery. Its about 1 month gone still not received. Try to contact them twice but now they blocked me or responding. Plz help me! In contact details they mentioned there mobile number. I try to contact them on whats app and facebook but they blocked me every time. Even not taking my calls too....
