I was trying to reach ss dixit director of pyrocrat systems.
They are abusing over the phone without knowing anything or what i am trying to say.

Can't expect this from the director of any company.. Just assuming how they are running the company with this attitude...

Noe : i am not blaming company or management just wanted to spread the message or unprofessional behavior by director of a company...

We had entered into an agreement with Suhas Dixit Proprietor of Pyrocrat Systems to supply, Install and commission a 10TPD(10000Kg Per Day) Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Unit on 29th Oct 2012. However, till date the plant has not operated successfully and Suhas Dixit and Pyrocrat Systems has shied away from all responsibility of reimbursing us our losses and buying back the faulty machinery supplied.
