Dear Steve,

I have recently been to Q3's office at Gurgaon as I am about to sign up a long term contract with them. I happen to see your post and thought of sharing with you that Feedbacks like yours can affect one's decision but things which you have mentioned in your complaint make me believe that this is a fake complaint.

I have been to their office and I do not agree with your thoughts. They have a very nice and spacious office. I have spent enough time at Q3 and had adequte chance to interact with their employees. I felt they are a proffessional company with excellent resources, who had a passion for their work.

These kind of complaints reflect that the person has not been able to prove his/her worth and is only trying to defame others for no good reason.

I totally agree with Steve, I am not a business client of Q3 and God, I am so thankful to you for that. But I happened to work with them and I worked with these people for good 3 years, and trust me when I say so, a police prison would be a lot better place than this where atleast jailors are honest to their duties and their treatment to prisoners.

This is one place where employees put their personal interest above everything. The infrastructure is crumpling - the roof leakes in rain, the toilet stinks and is very much audible when some one uses it to clear their stomach, coffee machines do not work half of the time, and when they do and coffee powders are found to be used too fast, the machine is removed.

Personal biases and fooling of client with false commitments is a routine. Clients are billed for 15 resources whereas only if there is hardly an instance when even 5 resources are working dedicatedly for them.

The CEO cant afford INR 3, 000/- for his employees car park space per month but can pretty much afford to have bought swanky cars which cost more than 3million.
