I visited QI Spine due to neck pain and the doctor asked me to take 20 sessions of therapy and also sold me pillows that was quite expensive, due to their machines my pain increased, and even after 12 sessions my pain was not gone, I visited one local doctor and he released my pain in just 2 sessions, QI spine refused to refund my money for remaining 8 sessions and increased my pain as well.

I enrolled in QI spine with that 100% assurance that my neck pain will subside but I ended up being in much more pain and disablement in 21 sessions. My neck nerve got damaged due to their unconvincing and terrible neck moments which was being taught there.
The attended told me to take my neck bain, and in that position i.e backward neck look up and shake my neck to my full strength to open my stiff neck., , WHAT KIND of exercise is this? I ended up losing complete control of my neck while looking up and making any movement with my right hand.
Now I am getting treated from a spine surgeon and the medications has to be taken for next 6 months.
I lost so much money behind this QI spine clinic, their fees + loss of pay for being terribly in pain.
I still have 3-4 sessions pending but do not wish to visit them at all, , , I need complete refund of my fees paid.

I had visited QI Spine for a free session offered for treatement on 13th June 2022 and they sold me 18 sessions for 22000 which i paid immediately but on 14th June when I took my 1st session i was not convinced for various reasons and told them on 15th June that i do not wish to continue and would want to discontinue so they can deduct the charges for one session and refund the remaining but they turned a deaf ear to it and on seeing various complaints against them got to know how they are filling the patients so would request for help

Exploitative company. After an exhaustive 1 free hour of consultation, the company tried to extract Rs. 6000/00 for 6 sessions without telling me that there was a plan for one session at a time.

In the very first paid, session, the service provider gave me a 25 minute session, out of which she was absent for 15 minutes, making me do simple yoga exercises alone. For which QiSpine charged me Rs 1000/-. A ripoff.

After threatening legal action, I was able to recover 40% of my money.

Avoid this company. Go learn yoga for free for back problems.

Pathetic people & staff ...I lost my mother last year beacuse of poor, bad & unprofessional treatment from these fools. We trusted these people that they will be treating her severe back pain problem but they did some sought of stress test post which she was not able to move at all. she got bed ridden beacuse of these bunch of idiots. And there after her condition got worsen & I lost her.
Now when i ask for my refund which they had taken in advance, they refuse to do so. Because of these people I have suffered a alot mentally, emotionally & monetarily and now these people are harrasing us every time I go to talk about my refund.

People I recommend not to trust these goon's. They just want your hard earned money...
