We consulted for my mother (age-57) on 19-Aug-23 and paid 28000₹ immediately for 28 sessions. The treatment duration told was 9 weeks. We decided to go with the treatment trusting the doctors of QI Spine and hoping that she would get better.

I was taking my treatment in QI spine for my shoulder and leg pain. I had paid Rs. 21, 000 full amount for 21 sessions. On 10 April 2023, when I was undergoing my regular session that’s is 9th session I felt a huge amount of painful shock from the micro machine through which I was been given the treatment. I had went to QI spine for cervical pain for that i have paid 28thousand rupees for 27 sessions after attending 5 sessions my condition gone worse and pain increases so that i immediate consult with doctor doctor suggest me to this case was surgery so I gone ACDF surgery. I had enrolled in qi spine clinic for my back pain... They took 2500/- one shot and said 6 weeks sessions... I did all they asked and mid way there is no improvement.. They have still not diagnosed the issue.. They talk for few minutes and leave.. Its been a waste of money and time with them with no improvement., .. I want my money back... Let them keep the money they have spent on me... But let them give......

I wanted to disscuss about my back pain prob with doctor and I had called 3 times morning, afternoon & evening to ur qi spine cleanic Santacruz w branch operator Maria and other lady all three times she said doctors are busy will call you back in half n hrs time and at the end not got a single call from qi spine cleanic as I am customer of Qi Spine but ur ediots stupid operators even didn't bother to call me back all 3 times she lied. I don't know who denied to call doctors or operators don't know who has attitude & ego problem
I felt very very bad .. i[censored]r operators are behaving like this then assume it how ur doctors will behave with patients Omg Big Shame on you Qi Spine first teach proper manners to ur stafs first how to deal with ur valueable clients .. will never ever recomend this cleanic to anybody also will post this matter on all social media sites ...

This complaint is against Qi Spine Clinic

I have complained more than day ago and yet I have no resolution. Qi Spine Clinic owe me a refund for unutilized service. I diligently followed their process and yet zero results. I paid advance basis an assurance that there will be result in two weeks or 6 sessions. Plus they took 4000 extra for some spine test ! I feel cheated. They should refund the 8000 of the 10, 000 I paid. Dr Preeti, Shikha of Qi all have met me and I am still waiting.

Dr Preeti told me that it was Qi Spine Clinic company policy to collect advance and since I was desperate due pain, I paid. Only to realize that they would give barely 20 minutes for charging 1000 per session and even though I did all exercises diligently, 5 times a day as suggested, I was still in huge pain. Thats when I realized that Qi Spine Clinic is about making money from people in pain. They run a Con Job and I have ended up spending 10000 to learn 6 exercises !!

If Qi Spine Clinic is so sure of themselves, they should be giving my money back and focussing on those satisfied with their work.

Unless I get a call in next two days, I will be approaching the Consumer Forum. This is the only way I can stop Qi Spine Clinic from cheating other people.

Cheated by Qi Spine Clinic Gurgaon I have complained direct to Qi with no results.

I read on their website that i will be pain free at the end of treatment. Went to their gurgaon branch and dr ritesh insisted i needed 6 weeks of treatment in the clinic, 3 times a week. Plus insisted i should invest additional 4000 for a muscle analysis. Total bill being rs 22000. I paid upfront since i was desperate to get rid of pain.

At the end of 12 sessions and only six sessions left, i was still not pain free and had...

My self ritesh gupta resident of east delhi. I have taken the treatment from qi spine but at the early stages i came to know that it is total medical negligence as the tests and treatment conducted is quite waste of time and money. I have invested more than 30000 rupees which comes in vain as the doctors are young interns don't have sound knowledge. They also tie up with the finance scheme as well please take strict action and i requested my full money back.

Actually situation worsened after taking treatment from here ...I talk to many patients coming over there... No one was significantly improved...They keep female physiotherapists at their center... And their main motive is to extract money ..That's it... I guess positive posts uploaded at various reveiw websites are done by a special team appointed by qi spine?? beware of their misleading advertisements in english and hindi dailies...

They are a fake clinic ...I mean physiotherapy centers...
