explained about tata sky offer and ask me to pay the amount immediately

Fews days before 2 people came to my home and explained about Tata Sky Offer and ask me to pay the amount to get his offer, So immediate done payment of Rs. 2200 through PayTM and 1000 rs by Cash, They gave me one copy and created Order ID will attached the copy of bill and please find details below but now they are not answering my calls and sms after that checked some review in google like me they are 2-3 people in different state, Please find below details,

My father works in at rangareddy collecterate office lakdikapool, hyderabad.
Every month a set of team use to visit their office for tatasky connections
Upon reference with his friend he took connection on 15th february 2019 # hd setup box. Representative rohini and balachandrudu (Contact number [protected]) insisted my father to pay full amount for their immediate services. After payment he received a receipt of quality application solutions pvt ltd as direct associate with tata sky and unisys enterprises as authorised dealers which is of no use.
They promised that connection will be done within 3 days with their technical team. After 4 days we called them. They told it will take two more days. After two days they are not picking their phones. Almost 15 days over no response.

payment has done long back have no response yet.. tata sky is actually doing fraud.

My id is [protected] on the 25th of may 2018 a man saying m from tata sky came with a offer to my home his name is tanaji talware mob.[protected]/ [protected] he explained the offer of rs 1350/ with 1 year subscription of 199 p. M., with hd channels n took a cheque of it on behalf o[censored]nisys enterprises and the cheque got cleared on 28th this man after payment is not receiving single call from me as well as frm any other mobile no. I tried calling helpine bt no response. No person has yet received to chnage the old setbox nothing has happened from that day... Hence, within 24 hrs if i don't get any help m going to lodge a f. I. R against all of you.. Plz help asap.. (Mail id - [protected]@gmail.com) or refund me my money back asap.

Quality Application Solutions Pvt Ltd in not a business Associate to Tata Sky and UNYSIS ENTERPRISES is not Trusted Dealers with Tata SKY .. Its a clear statement by TATA SKY Agents.
After Surfing the net what i came to know is They do Fraud by offering Jobs, Training employees to Spread into Public, get as many connections as sales person gets.Mode of Payment is direct to Unysis Account by forcing customer to pay full amount.Their price is more than actual tatasky connection.They will pick the fools in public, give some connections developing trust in between them and encash them by fooling some.(with a theme of catching big fish with Small fish).
I CAME TO KNOW EVEN THE EMPLOYEE WORKING WON'T GET SALARIES FOR 6 MONTHS.THEY WILL TARGET 200 EMPLOYEES WITH PROPER TRAINING.SOME EMPLOYEES WILL SLOWLY COME TO ABOUT THE FRAUD AND THEY PHASE DIFFICULTIES AT FIRST THEN THEY GET USED TO IT.
UNYSIS ENTERPRISES is tied up with APCCO before and now with QAS pvt ltd.There are lot of consumer complaints registered with APCCO and UNYSIS ENTERPRISES.
These are Bombay based companies.
My father also the victim for this kind of fraud.They took money made us await for 4 working days with promising words.After 4 days they stopped responding to us by not picking the phones.They picked call after Continuously calling for an hour and the words what they spoke to me is even if i complain to police nothing is going to happen.Police will call both the parties, when police ask him, he will respond that he is going to give connection again he will escape.He is speaking as if he is used to these situations.
