I am himanshu ranjan student of b.com (H) quantum university. Sir i was admited in quantum in 2018. But now i am taking tc from quantum.. But sir they are not ready to sign on tc or to give migration certificate. At the time of admission they ask me to original tc, migration or character of 12th class. Now they are not giving any migration (12th or 1st yr b.com).
