Hi sir,
My name is ashwni verma, i have a pf issue regarding bank kyc update, when i applied on epfo portal it was showing pending more then 14 days even i contacted to [protected]@quesscorp.com but i have got no response by them yet at the last my bank kyc got rejected by quess corp pf team they have mentioned in reason that they require a proof like cancelled cheque leaf or passbook copy, but i have already sent an email to them with attached copy of cheque leaf, but neither they have checked my email which was filled with required information nor they are approving my bank kyc when i'm updating it at epfo portal,
I have already sent 4 to 5 times mail regarding this issue to [protected]@quesscorp.com but i have not hot even a single response by this team, and when i 1st tried to contact your customer care number [protected], a lady picked a call and just hungup the call while i was telling her my details, again when i called she gave me same email id and then she hungup the call, even she did not listen me propperly what i had the concern, and today when i wanted to take followup no one is picking the call on same number... I don't know what is going on with quesscorp. It's really very disappointing. If you really care about my issue please call me on [protected] or whatsapp me on [protected]
