Quick credit agent calling continuously asking for payment else threatening to contact all contacts in call list.
Hacking under IPC
This needs to stop...

Due to this pandemic im not in the position to settle the loan amount.and the company dont have any moratonium scheme to give relaxation to the consumer they are charging interest on daily basis.from last month im not in position to pay even the interest.so this people hacked all contact details from my mobile and started sending sms.which has disturbed my personal and social life.Please guide me or give solution for this situation...

I had taken a loan from qc in february for 10 k and i have been paying around 2300 interest every month since then but still they threaten if a day is missed i have paid interest more than principal amount and now for this month due to salary issue i had requested time they are giving mental torture stating they wod contact my contacts and share my loan details... Which is so wrong that they are hacking my contacts...

With the recent outbreak of corona virus and thereafter changes in india like 21 days lock down and financial implications of it, the loan which i took from you seems to be highly impossible for repayment as of now immediately for me.
