The Employees in that office (Radha krishna gas agencies avadi) doesn't responsible and also doesnt pick calls .And that delivery guy his name Mr.Ramesh such a irresponsible guy
I booked gas 5/07/2021, and i received just only delivered msg for next day but still I didn't get my gas cylinder. And went to that office directly on 20/07/2021 and also i wrote complain letter about this issues, but also no response so, kindly give me a response to this number [protected]

    I've booked new connection on 28/5/21 at Radhakrishna gas agency, Avadi and paid deposit and other charges.
    Till now 9/6/21 I didn't get the connection, they even not yet registered.
    Am following them past one week When am calling to gas agency and Someone picking the call and her name is Banu.. whenever I call she keep telling I'll inform to sir. I asked her to give that sir number to talk and she replies that his number is switched off and he not yet come.
    I don't know who's that sir and when he'll work!
    Irresponsible behavior, very worst service.
    Pls take necessary action to get a new connection.

          Dear government kindly take hard action against them... They were cheating customers by giving wrong consumer number and this is first mistake then they wont deleiver the cylinder right on time, yes as per their promise my refilled cylinder should supposed to delivered yesterday itself but till now i haven't got any single information from them, if i try to contact them the given number either be wrong or always unreachable the both numbers, they why they given numbers to customers just to fool indian government and its citizen, please bash them, this is the second mistake... Third one is not digestible at all yes they were also the one of roots behind black money, yeah they were charging (Deleivery guy) bill+40rs for each cylinder from consumer, if we ask deleivery guy he is saying your distributor only asking us to collect as a salary it's my salary so u have to give, if we started speaking rules and ask them a bill for 40, they shout at them and all our neighbour started looking at us... Uffss the money rippers... Please take severe action against them

            I booked a gas cylinder on 27 january but now it's 05 feb but did not receive gas cylinder from the agency.

            I called him ([protected]) yesterday about the delay and he rudely said there is no cylinder in agency and hangup the call.

              I had booked a cylinder refill theough ivr and got the booking reference number. After 08 hours of booking, i went to the agency office, the officer name is ramsukh who told me that the booking is not reflecting in the system only which i think is not possible at all. Moreover, we are full time employee and won’t be available in day time while they do delivery of cylinders. Personally when i came to collect the cylinder, this is the issue arising most of the time and they are not at all co-operative in any ways. The manager is sitting next to him and listening all conversations but he is too arrogant to solve the issue for customers. I hope this time we get proper solution otherwise we would change the company where we get at least service on time. Thanks.

                Very worst gas agency. Staffs don't know how to treat customers. Middle chair one girl will be there if we ask any doubt to her means if mistake is there from her means she will raise her voice and shout. If we book gas means they won't deliver gas in correct time they will take more than 15 to 20 days. They won't credit subsidary amount to bank cheating the customers blindly.

                I booked refill cylinder through INDANEOIL ONE application and made payment also on 24th November. Day before yesterday I checked the status through application then ordered and invoiced are green delivered only pending. But today morning I checked the same that time it shows ordered only green, the invoiced is disappeared how it happened?. Order number is[protected], It ordered on 24/11/2020 cylinder is not delivered till date. Please take the necessary action.

                  I have requested for name change from my name to my wife's name. It's been a month since i have filled the form and got the acknowledgement letter in return. Everytime i visit office to know the status of this name change request they say that their sir is not in office and they have to check with him. I haven't seen the owner so far in office till now, they are such irresponsible people working in that agency and always asking me to come after 2 days. If i am not getting this done asap i will file a case in consumer court.

                      My consumer number CX1563565, where delivery boy name KUMAR came with cyclinder for delivery on 22.04.2017 around 3.20pm and asking for tip around 30 rupees extra and not allowing us to check the cyclinder against the leakage and started negotiating when we denied for tips and he taken back the cyclinder without delivering, when I informed to dealer against this, there is no proper response from their end and also there are two number against the delear ie.,[protected], [protected] which is always in not reachable or switched mode. for each and every issue we need reach delear office for rectifying the issue but no use because irregular response.

                      please help on the same.
                      I booked gas on 04.09.2018 and then i got approved ready of gas supply message on 11.09.2018 but still now gas not supplied. i contact their via phone call but all routes are not reachable. so kindly send gas cylinder immediately.

                        Sir, I am a consumer of Radhakrishna gas agency Avadi.Chennai my Consumer no: is CX 1564016, I have booked refilling of my Gas on 19 th of december booking NO: 571277 and I shifted my home to the next building next few days, I went to the Agency on 28.12.15 and submitted all the new Adress proof etc to the clerck and she promiss us the Gas will deliver to my new Adress on next week (after one week ) and on 4th i have recieved a msg to my registered mobail no:[protected] that cash memo [protected] amnd of 671.5 generated and gas will deliverd shortly.and surpraisingly i have recevd a msg on 4th 5:36 am saying that my re fill booking stands cancelled .kindly book again. I immediatly contact my Delar m/s Radhakrishna Gas agency Avadi they simply set gas man went to your home .The home was shifted thats why we cancelled the booking . I ask the lady staff to check my adress in there record she have checked in the computer its shown my new adress was there.so who is fault this? this staffs are just playing ir jocking with customers then i qustion she said book another gas immediatly we will deliver, I booked another one immediatly but the Agency is telling me now we cant give you it will take 2 more weeks.So who is fault this? even this staffs Dosent know how to speak or how to talk with customers. I normally take one Gas every 3 months only I am sure this peoples are selling gas cylinder to the market my previous booking gas also went to the market.this staffs and gas delivery mens are playing with customers, i am expecting a reply on this matter. by Nazar For nishath ( CX 1564016)

I have complained regarding the same several times to your office that, I have not received Rs 500/- Deposit amount and for every cylinder i book i am not received Rs 200/- I cant really afford 650 every month for cylinder Earlier Rs 400/- was really comfortable I need my subsidy amount till date...
                          For con no 8119 subsidy not credited for last 6 refills.

                            Hi, The cylinder delivery man is asking more money to deliver the cylinder in Poonamallee area. Though our houses are in ground floor the delivery man is charging Rs.60 extra for each cyclinder. He is telling that he has to pay for the van rent and I wonder it is the duty of the gas agency to pay the van rent and how could the consumers pay for that? Please take necessay action as we cannot afford extra amount for the cylinder delivery. If the agency couldn't able to pay the rent means then please transfer our cylinder to the agency in the Poonamallee area.

                              I Anitha Ravi consumer no. 9619 would like to inform that yesterday i gave a complaint to the agency regarding leakage of my gas cylinder. Today a person from your agency came to my house and changed the washer in the cylinder and was forced to pay Rs.50/- for it. I request to take necessary action to avoid such situation for services which have to be done free of cost in future.
