Complaint regarding sales executive
Just want to inform that your sales executive sold me rado automatic watch without proper information...The watch stop working if i dont wear it 12-13 hours...That means i have to wear it daily and no scope to change watch...As i am having 8-10 different watchesso i uesd to change watch daily...But it stops working
this should be informed to me before purchase so that i will not puschase automatic instead go for automatic watch bcoz its just like 50 year old watch that my father and grandfather used to wear in which crown must be rotated every day to charge it...
Not satisfied with the sales person...
Kindly change my watch or provide me complimentary box for automatic watch

my rado watch stop working

Dear sir,
I am francis jacob from kerala. I brought rado watch (Model no. R[protected] on 14-sep-2013 from your retailer by swiss time house retail pvt. Ltd., lulu international shopping mall, cochin, kerala, costing rs 43, 000/- and it got complaint after 1 years from the date of purchase and stop woring many times on every year. They service my watch for now in four times in every year. I am unhappy with the quality of product.

I have noticed this and given service for four times to the authorized respective dealers retailer by swiss time house retail pvt. Ltd., lulu international shopping mall, cochin, kerala and they had changed the battery and also replaced some parts on the watch in a duration of 3 month period. My last service is on 07-jan-2018 and i got my watch on[protected]. The service charge is rs 1800. But the same issue was come after one week. Now my watch is not working. I had also got same complaint on last year 2017. And they had send my watch to delhi for the better service. But after 2 months the same complaint was come. Now the watch was service for four times.
After all repairs the same complaint was repeated and the watch automatically stop working. Please replace the watch and give me a better new one.
We lost so many moneys for the servicing charges. Please provide a good talented service engineer to rectifying the repair.
I might loose the trust on rado. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and service of your company. I am disappointed with this watch. Please replace the watch and give me a better new one. Please take care of your customer because they are the only reason of your goodwill. I hope that this will not happen to any customer. I'm going to the consumer court for your company.

regarding no service in warranty

I had purchased a rado watch from a rado store in forum mall kolkata which costed me 48, 200 rs.. Within a few usage the glass started having scratches so i went to them and told them as the watch is under warranty. But they said they cant change. The company refused and saying 20, 000 charges for the glass change..
So we are not paying 50, 000rs to wear a watch for 5-10 times and develop scratches and again pay 20, 000 for glass change
I have attatched the bill.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue.

The price of the watch is rs. 43000. The rado watch which no longer works, the watch is approx 2 years old. The watch right from the beginning the watch is running fast fore 35 to 40 minutes to a day.
I have noticed this and given two times to the authorized respective dealers in kerala, they had changed the battery in a 2 week period. But the same issue is coming.
After all repairs the same complaint was repeated and the watch automatically stop working.
I am very disappointed with the quality and service of your company, i feel the watch will have the same problem even if i get it serviced at your service center. I am disappointing with the watch and i would like to replace the product with a better one.
I request you to replace the faulty watch with a brand new watch.
