Sir my no was put online on 2/01/23 but the cylinder has not come yet or call kalyan then you have not heard, he gives anyone's cylinder to anyone, he gives 50-100 rupees extra sir, this is the third time sir I also called, they also told him but even today he does not speak, please complete it, if it happens, I will have to change the agency, sir, please understand us, sent the picture, sir.

This is to inform you that Rai Gas Agency had transfered my consumer numbe rR14537 in name of Monaj Kumar to Abhimanyu Gas Agency without our knowledge and now we are facing problem in booking gas cylinder and dispite of telling them our problem they are not returning our consumer number and they do not deliver cylinder on time I came to know they are black marketing cylinders
please see this complain at you earliest I will be obliged with you.

This is to bring to your kind attention that I am Dr.Kshitij Gupta with consumer no.32172 of Rai Gas Agency, Shahpura, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) wishes to lodge a complaint against Rai Gas Agency. I had applied for a second gas cylinder on my existing gas account and my application was duly accepted by the above said agency. They made me pay the entire money due for the cylinder on 24-06-09 and promised to deliver the cylinder within next 48 hrs. But even after constant reminders and personal visits to their office the cylinder has yet not been delivered till date. We in our home had just 1 cylinder which is now empty and we have to manage for our meals from nearby restaurants and mess which itself is not safe in terms of health especially owing to the rainy season. My wife is not keeping well because of constant outside food but we have no other choice. Kindly look into the matter and help us get justice. Consumer forum is our last hope. Please take some action. Thanking you.
