I got a cylinder today from Rainbow Gas agency, Sec-28, Tax invoice no:[protected]. It was having 2kg less gas in it, I weighed it in front of delivery guy but after talking on phone with someone he ran away without taking the payment and even leaving the cylinder with me. i have applied for a connection in Feb 2014, till today no one has called and mailed and informed about the status. Even i have called and tried to ask many times, but this is so far the worst company i have seen or experienced, they never take calls and never response the phone, no one there to take the call, they put the phone in a side.
Sometime they start the loop recording.

MY CONSUMER NO 13973,THE ABOVE AGENCY ALWAYS BOOKED THE GAS AFTER 25 DAYS , AFTER BOOKING THE GAS THEY WILL ASSURED THE SUPPLY WITH IN 2-3 DAYS BUT AFTER 12-15 DAYS THEY WILL GET THE SUPPLY. THEY WILL ALWAYS SUPPLY SHORTY GAS, I HAVE COMPLAINT SO MANY TIMES THAT PL SUPPLY THE PROPER GAS CYLINDER.
