Bird netting charged for wrong measurements

Thier techinician fooled us in sqft area before work they showed us area of 63 square feet will be covered @ price of 1500 i said ok time 7:30 pm they done thier work took money and gone morning i saw window from outside the area is less covered i called the shop owner who sended them to come and check the area they cheated us n took money for wrong measurements

SELLING SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS
I BOUGHT AN EXTERNAL HARDDISK CASING FROM RAJ ENTERPRISES LAMINGTON ROAD.
HOWEVER WHEN I REACHED HOME I FOUND OUT THAT THE CASING WANT WORKING AS THE SILICON SEALING OF CERTAIN PART HAD COME OFF.WHEN I WENT BACK TO RETURN THE HARDDISK HE PROMISED ME FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT HE HASN'T DONE IT TILL DATE STATING THAT THE COMPANY SAY'S IT'S A PHYSICAL DAMAGE DONE BY ME.
IT'S A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD AND SELLIN SUBSTANDARD...
