I have recently purchased an appartment from Rajarathnam Constructions on April 2007.We have been living almost two and half years in this apartment (RC WESTMINSTER F-3 RICHMOND BLOCK kodingayur Chennai - 118), very recently a problem which occured on the walls. There was dampness found on the walls of the bathroom area. Due this dampness there is chances of leakage and structural failure to take place in the building.br...

I purchased a flat from an promoter in chennai named Rajarathnam

Constructions PVT LTD, Chennai.I was alloted two carparking for me.I

had taken possession of the flat in dec 07 and my car parking was

ready in mar 08.I was shocked to find one car parking smaller than

other but i paid same amount for both car parking.i rencently came to
